I’ve always been a iPhone user since I could use a phone. I chose the iPhone XS this time opposed to the new iPhone 11 due to the display. The iPhone 11 and the XR, (which is what I had before this,) they have the Retina display. I never had any complaints with it. However when it was time to upgrade I learned that the XS has the OLED SUPER RETINA display. (Same as X, 11 Pro and up.) so instead of the regular 11, I chose the XS so I could have the better screen without paying for the new 11 Pro. Let me tell you, I’m so glad I did!! Everything thing you’re looking at on the screen is way more vibrant and filled with details. I absolutely love this phone and the SUPER Retina display, double camera and the fact that it’s not bulky and heavy are my favorite features!

What can I say about the I phone that users don’t already know? This beauty was on super sale and I love it! Huge hard drive, excellent processing power, very good camera and superb screen clarity. Two thumbs up

My new Xs is fast, has a great camera and great face recognition. My last phone was a 6s so of course, I like this better! If my old phone was an X, I would not have bought the Xs. I recommend this phone unless you already have an X.

Huge jump from the IPhone 6. Loving the size, clarity and battery life. So much faster. Thought face recognition was a gimmick but it’s one of my favorite features. Makes unlocking and using stored passwords a breeze.

Upgraded from iPhone se to xs and couldn’t be happier! Wonderful phone the screen is huge. Battery lasts a long time. Sleek design. Paired with my apple watch series 1 with no problems. No negative feedback!

I initially had doubts about spending so much on an iPhone, but after using it for a week I am so glad I upgraded from my 7 plus. The facial recognition works even in a dark room and the camera features are AWESOME! The phones small form factor with large screen is actually better than on my old 7 plus. Navigating between active apps is even easier now. Best Buy made the purchase process very easy. Great phone!

I upgraded from an iPhone 6 and the difference in speed, features, camera, etc is immense. This thing is fast and capable. The only drawback are the gestures. I wish the gestures were easier to use. Quitting apps can be a hassle. Accessing Control Center can be hit or miss. Nonetheless, this is the best iPhone yet, even with the flaws of iOS and not having a home button.

This device was purchased for my wife. She loves it because of the camera and the larger screen. The device unlocks via face recognition which makes it a lot easier. Overall great phone.

Battery last relatively longer than my iPhone 8. I like the design, and sleek look of the phone. Takes great photos. I’ve been an iPhone user for about 12 years.

This has been a great phone. I have been using it for a few weeks. I like the new screen compared to my iphone 7, and the new screen is great. I can tell it is faster.

I wasn’t an Android user, specifically Samsung, for YEARS before deciding I was sick of them and figured I would give this phone a try. Hadn’t had an iPhone since the 4S and hated it. This has been such a great phone. It takes awesome pictures and is really fast. I’ve even dropped it a few times and it’s never cracked or anything. On the flip side, and my reason for knocking a star off, is that the cell service leaves A LOT to be desired. In an area where my old Samsung phone had decent LTE and would load webpages quickly, the iPhone struggles. It will show 2/4 bars of service, but I’ll get a notice while trying to load my email, for instance, that says there’s no internet connection. Or websites will fail to load. This has been getting better the longer I use the iPhone, which makes me think it was a software issue that they’ve sent out a fix for. I did side-by-side comparisons with my iPad next to the iPhone on the exact same LTE network and the iPad was just as quick as usual while the iPhone was taking its time getting there. Overall, I love this phone though. I’ll probably stick with the iOS ecosystem for a while.

Wife upgraded from an iphone6. She loves the slightly smaller size than the max. Battery life is great so far as that became an issue with 6. Enjoying improved camera.

So far I’m liking my new phone. I upgraded from a 7 and like the new features. Bigger screen, facial recognition and better camera. Switching over was simple with Best Buy.

Upgraded from a 6 and love the phone, larger screen no home button nice sleek design and a great camera. $1000. is a lot for a phone but its the price you pay no a days.

Replaced my iPhone SE. I like the larger screen, which makes it easier to type on the screen’s keyboard. Face recognition is great! Camera is superior to the SE.

I switch back to an IPhone from a Galaxy, not because there was anything wrong with Android. It was just easier since the majority of the people I know all have iPhone. At first I didn’t think I was going to like not having a home button but it actually works well without it and gives the screen a bigger look. I’m happy with the switch.

Phone is great, especially since i went from a 6s to the Xs. Camera is great, very fast, water resistant, etc. no complaints so far except the high price tag.
