This was a big upgrade since I have had the 6s for so long. The camera is sooooo much nicer and the speed of the phone is amazing. taking a little time to get used to unlocking with the face ID but it has been great so far. Other than the fact you can't unlock it without looking at it like you could with the touch ID.

I came from an iPhone 6 to this Xs (10 ess? Xs? Excess? Man the Apple marketing team really flubbed the name on this one). Bad naming aside, it's a fantastic upgrade and I've completely gotten used to FaceID. It's responsive, fast, not as heavy as I imagined it would be and the screen is great. Pricey, but after 7 years I figured it was worth it. Hopefully this phone will last me another 7!

Glad I purchased this iPhone. The portrait mode on the camera is phenomenal.

Walked into phone area and asked for assistance getting the iPhone and some accessories and the workers were very helpful in showing me where everything was to choose from. I upgraded up several generations this time around and am genuinely happier than I thought I was going to be with the newest iPhone. Would suggest apple care if buying outright and not through your phone service provider.

No problems with the phone, battery lasts much longe than the older Versions

I'm not getting into the Android vs iOS stuff, nor the value arguments. Just from the overall details of this phone for me it's the best. Yes it's expensive, yes you either love or hate Apple's ecosystem but look at the details here. PERFECT size, fast upgraded (from X) processor, excellent camera, wireless charging, and smooth UI and integration. It really is the best overall choice FOR ME.

Took awhile to get used to phone without a home button but got used to quickly

I just couldn’t bring myself to buying the Xr for $250 less, it was just a bit too large for comfortably fitting in my front pocket, especially while sitting. The battery easily lasts 2-3 days with my type of usage usage. I replaced a Droid Turbo that had to be charged every day. I do miss a lot of the Droid features, but I’ll adapt. I’m gaining a more solid os and better vetted apps.
