Like the battery life Screen resolution Camera easy to operate

This phone is a step up from the phone I have been using (Pixel) in regards to speed and ease of use. It interacts with and connects to other devices smoothly and intuitively. I am using the Microsoft business suite of programs on it without any significant negative issues. I am happy to be back with Apple for my cell phone hardware. It’s just better.

Love the upgraded camera & extra storage & larger size phone

Apple has hit it out of the park again with the iPhone XS. I purchased this from an iPhone X and it has been very snappy in performance and with battery life, despite the information that the battery life would be less or on par with the X. The battery life is similar to the X but I am not noticing any draining at all. Overall a solid product!

My only regret would be that I did not get the XS Max (I couldn’t justify the extra $100). While the screen of the XS is bigger than that of a Plus, the screen is actually just longer and narrower, therefore when playing certain apps in landscape mode, the screen is even smaller than the Plus because there is a black border on the bottom of the screen to show the swipe up to home gesture. Other than that, the camera is great and the gestures make me not miss the home button at all.

This is my wife's phone. She is a retired photographer and was looking for a high quality camera to carry instead of the the traditional camera body and lenses. This fills the that need. Coupled with the brilliant screen, fast processor, light control and editing features. Also it is a great phone and handles games with ease.

Was very excitedly to get the new iPhone XS. It has been great since then , battery life is relative better , for my usage habit, I easily get 2 days. screen is awesome and bright , I keep brightness to 50% and still can see comfortably. Face id is awesome , makes it easy to unlock. Speakers are great as well. Over all great experience

I think this is my forth iPhone and they continue to get better and better. This one is definitely faster than my previous phone. I love the processor, look and feel, and features. I thought the face ID was going to be hard to get used to but it only took me about a half of a day. It's slick though so it really needs a case.

I got this because my 6s wasn't performing well anymore and was almost 4 years old. I chose the Xs after looking into phone comparisons and I can gladly say I'm very happy with my choice. The phone is incredibly fast, it has great battery life, it's sleek, durable, and looks great. My favorite phone I have ever owned

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 7 and the difference is incredible! The phone is ridiculously fast and can handle everything I throw at it! The camera is amazing and takes portrait pictures just this side of professional quality. If you are using an 8 or below, you need to upgrade now!

I am still learning features on the iPhone. It is a nice size, fits in my pocket better. I like the Face ID to get into the phone. I bought an Otter-Box to cover it when I bought it. I would like a screen protector but over-all I like the phone better than the Samsung Edge I used to have.

Bought this as a gift for my son to replace an iPhone 6. He is really happy with it. Very clear, nice size and holds a charge nicely. He liked it so much he convinced my to get an iPhone to replace my Samsung. We're all moving to the dark side!

I've never owned an iPhone I didn't love. Each one is better than the last. The XS is really expensive but it's totally worth it. The camera is amazing!!! I don't miss the old iPhone home button at all either (I upgraded from iPhone 7). I purchased the gold color and it's BEAUTIFUL!!!

I was looking to upgrade to a new iPhone from an 8 64GB. My wife takes a lot of pictures so she has the 11 Pro. Since I use my iPhone to watch TV and videos, the screen was more important than the cameras. This iPhone is by far the best for my needs.

Once you learn a couple new gestures, the Home button seems like a thing of the past. The phone isn't much snappier than the 8, but the camera is cool, and the screen area and text is a bit larger which is good for my aging eyes. Otherwise, typical polished Apple product.
