Not much of a fan of iOS or iPhones. Came from a note 8. Missing the customization options but this device definitely gets the job done. The apps work well. The form factor is great , large display in a small frame is a great mix. Allows for one handed use and everything. Phone calls are solid. Battery life is solid. Last enough for a regular day. Display is very nice and bright to in directly lighting and looks great. Would easily recommend this device to anyone who is currrntly looking to upgrade.

I was pretty hesitant about getting the new iPhone XS because of the facial recognition and not having a home button (I don’t care much for change), but after getting used to it, I absolutely love it! I love the dual cameras and the photos from this phone look amazing!

I purchased an iPhone X for myself back in October. I loved this phone so much that I purchased another for my wife for Christmas. The device is great and the service provided by Best Buy is, as always, top-notch. Very pleased with this purchase and Apple products.

When my wife and I went in, we had to wait about 15 mins even though there were not any other customers in the cell phone area. We even made eye contact with one girl working there and she ignored us. After another 5 mins of waiting, Diego came to help us and salvaged it with his amazing help! The girl that ignored us was getting ready to leave so she didn't want to help. She never approached us, spoke to us; just ignored us completely!! Diego was awesome from start to finish. He listened to us, gave us his opinion, and worked extra to make sure we were happy with the experience. Based on his work alone, we would recommend Best Buy again to anyone. To the other girl...not so much!

I've been a loyal Apple customer since the first iphone. Needless to say this New iPhone XS is THE ELITE, top of the line of the iPhones available now. It's just perfect! The look, feel, size, camera, soul d, it's just everything you want out of. Cellphone.

I was on the fence about the new cost of the iPhone XS. But decided to gift it a shot. Well, I’ve had it a week and I will say, I’m loving it! Compared to my iPhone 7Plus, it’s quicker, clearer, more user friendly! Not having a home button is a little weird, but I’m getting used to the new features. For people not quite phone savvy, take an online class on using it. There are so many features that figuring it out on your own will be difficult. Get some help, you’ll be glad you did. Seniors who are looking to get this, well, there is a lot to learn, don’t be discouraged. It takes time, but you will love how easy this is to use. Fun for all ages and really great photo features! Enjoy everyone!

I love apple products, it just works and they are easy going and simple to use! Not only that, but will provide you with the security you need and they have a great team! Still think its waaay over priced but, you do get your pennies worth!

I’m the kind of person that HATES updating my phone because I hate when Apple changes something, so I was dreading getting a new phone when my iPhone 6 bit the dust. The learning curve wasn’t bad at all and I definitely appreciate the increased storage.

Upgrade from a 6s. Like the features, better camera, slimmer, sleek design.

Finally needed to purchase a new phone and after my iPhone SE bit the dust it was time to go looking. This display on this phone is amazing and pretty much won me over from the start as well as upgrading from a smaller phone to a “normal” size phone has its perks as well. It didn’t take long getting used to not having a “home” button and I prefer not having it and the Face ID feature works pretty well. These phones aren’t cheap but I feel like they are worth it with all the technology upgrades over the last couple years. Battery life has been great so far and iOS 12 is an easy to use OS and give the phone a smooth, easy to use feel. Would recommend this phone to others.

My daughter needed a new phone last year and this one filled the need. She just loves it. Great performance, great looks, great functionality. iPhones are not cheap. You will be parting with $1K+ to have one of these.

I would prefer the original home screen button but over all you get more screen without it. Picture quality is great and speakers are high volume. I had a silver so the new spay gray is a cool color as well.

My wife was skeptical at first. She didn’t know how she’d feel about the face detection and not having a home button. Within a few minutes of using it she was already comfortable with it and loved it. We love our iPhones.

I was a skeptic of the iPhone X and Xs. I loved Touch ID, it worked perfectly. Face ID, after ACTUALLY using it when it’s your actual phone, is SO much more useful and fast than you realize. And the fact that it’s supposedly even more secure is great. I just want to say thank you to Best Buy as well. I applied for the Best Buy credit card and got accepted and was able to live life to the fullest and get this iPhone at the BEST price possible. Even though there are never sales on iPhones, Best Buy still makes it so that you get 5% back in rewards, and 10% back on your first purchase. So even though I paid full price for my phone, WITH AppleCare with loss and theft, I still get $130 to use in certificates after my return period for my phone is done. Legit you WILL NOT find that kind of deal on an iPhone ANYWHERE!

Nice size and very good figures. The battery is much better than the one on my previous iPhone 6S.

Upgrade from iPhone 8, Clearly much faster. Have to relearn several ways to use and manage the phone. Apple has made it easier to use but I have to have "an old dog learn new tricks" It just takes some time. I would definitely buy it again.

I’ve dropped my phone many times. My child has thrown it at a door and it’s in perfect condition. The camera is fantastic! And I couldn’t ask for a better phone. I recommend this phone to anyone who is interested in technology.

Was time to upgrade my wife’s phone. She’s a lot happier now. I really do like the XS and with me owning the Max I really to like the size of the XS better. Oh well.

I’ve been with Android since 2009 and switched over to Apple. I decided to get the 512 gigabyte IPhone XS. So far, it’s been great. I was hesitate to get the IPhone honestly but took the leep to get it and great decision I made.
