Great phone. Awesome sound. Excellent better camera than my iPhone 7 had. I'm pleased with the XS. It's sleek and excellent! Buy the screen protector before you leave the store.

My wife upgraded her phone and this time went with Apple over Samsung. While both Apple and Samsung are great phones, the Apple product works in concert better with her other Apple products. She really likes her new phone.

The picture quality will put to shame most TV’s that being said for a phone ya know. The processor is ballin’ and the features it has are incredible. Bravo! This phone is so much more intelligent it’s unbelievable. This is my 6th iPhone.

I love the new iphone and the quality of the pictures! Swiping up to open and close apps takes some getting used to however after being so used to pressing the home button for this. Not any other complaints so far. Super satisfied. :)

This thing is not just a phone. It can also be used for e-mail, text messages, watching movies. What an amazing device. It does not support rotary dialing. And it is not as effective as one of the old phones when used as a hammer.

This phone was an upgrade from the iPhone 6. I am super excited about the new features and the facial recognition capabilities. I also love the camera, pictures are clear and you have various options and filters to use when shooting.

Gift from my husband for Christmas! Really great gift! All positives except battery life not as good as I had expected. Get 1 day use out if it so guess not too bad. Plan to see if I can change any settings to help it last longer.

So I was torn between this and the MAX but after going from the iphone 7 to the XS I am SOOOO happy I didn't get the max... the screen is already huge and perfect. It's absolutely faster than my 7 was and the pictures are incredible.

This is definitely the least exciting S release that Apple has made. Outside of some camera changes, there is really nothing better for the general user of the XS over the X. There's nothing wrong with the phone itself. Its a great piece of hardware. Its just not innovative.

I’m a hardcore Android fan. Purchased this phone on a lease one get one promo. There are some cool things but some things lacking as well. I definitely like it a lot better with the gestures then that big ol button on the front.

Upgraded from an iPhone 7. The battery lasts longer but expected better pictures for the price.

Main value to the upgrade is battery is sufficient now for a full day without recharge. Nice screen, crisp performance. Phone has not shown 4G on screen, not sure if it is a bug or not. Visual voicemail did not work at first, but solved with a network reset. Overall enjoy the phone, interested to see if a software update garners 4G reception.

I had been holding on to my iPhone 7 for a while to determine if an up grade to latest and greatest was warranted but this version made more sense because it was more bang of my buck based on what I was using it for.

I like this new phone: stays pretty much in the normal iPhone bounds for usage save for a few new features. Bluetooth signal seems a bit stronger too. I’ll pass on facial recognition though. I wanted lots of memory, and I got it!

Apple phones are the standard for a reason. This one is no exception. I highly recommed purchase from Best Buy versus one of the carrier stores- service was far better!

Should come with more features, cover, glass protector, cords, ear buds, memory, free iCloud.
