I needed to upgrade since my phone was acting up & wanted a phone near the same size. Not a fan of the giant screens. Wasn't sure I'd be able to handle the Face ID sign in but is not as difficult as first thought. Overall a great phone.

I got this for my wife, and while I'm an Android user, I have some iPhone envy. It takes great pictures, is super fast and I love the face unlock. The screen is beautiful and vibrant. If you're getting a new iPhone get this one. I think the iPhone XS Max is too big, this is all the screen you'll need IMHO. Only drawback as EVERYONE KNOWS, is the price, my goodness are phones expensive now. I don't anticipate upgrading this one for a long time...

Great phone. Awesome sound. Excellent better camera than my iPhone 7 had. I'm pleased with the XS. It's sleek and excellent! Buy the screen protector before you leave the store.

The picture quality will put to shame most TV’s that being said for a phone ya know. The processor is ballin’ and the features it has are incredible. Bravo! This phone is so much more intelligent it’s unbelievable. This is my 6th iPhone.

I love the new iphone and the quality of the pictures! Swiping up to open and close apps takes some getting used to however after being so used to pressing the home button for this. Not any other complaints so far. Super satisfied. :)

This phone was an upgrade from the iPhone 6. I am super excited about the new features and the facial recognition capabilities. I also love the camera, pictures are clear and you have various options and filters to use when shooting.

Love this phone easy to use and takes great pictures. Recommended by my granddaughter. Was upset with last phone you sold me recommended by YOUR AT &T socialist could never get to work right. Phone kept shutting down (blu phone)

So I was torn between this and the MAX but after going from the iphone 7 to the XS I am SOOOO happy I didn't get the max... the screen is already huge and perfect. It's absolutely faster than my 7 was and the pictures are incredible.

I had been holding on to my iPhone 7 for a while to determine if an up grade to latest and greatest was warranted but this version made more sense because it was more bang of my buck based on what I was using it for.

Original reason I upgraded from my iPhone 6S+ was to give my sister mine since her phone was broken. Love this upgrade! Screen size is the same if not slightly bigger than my previous phone, yet smaller! Camera quality is amazing!

I do not know if it is worth it for everyone to upgrade to this phone but the photo and speaker quality is amazing. I use my phone to take pictures and videos for my job so it is so convenient. It looks great and is great quality

The phone has a crip look, lightweight and easy to use. The quality and clearness of the pictures are sesecond to none. The special effects available for both picture and video make taking pictures and videos truly enjoyable.

Main value to the upgrade is battery is sufficient now for a full day without recharge. Nice screen, crisp performance. Phone has not shown 4G on screen, not sure if it is a bug or not. Visual voicemail did not work at first, but solved with a network reset. Overall enjoy the phone, interested to see if a software update garners 4G reception.

This is a beautiful phone with an awesome screen. It’s a big upgrade from my old 8. So far I like everything about it except the price but I sold my 8 for $265 so that helps if you like Apple products you’ll like this phone

I purchased this after using Samsung for the last ten years. I had the original iPhone and wasn't a fan. This one is far better. I was tired of giant phones and wanted a small powerful phone and the iPhone X's is great.

the phone has been amazing. It’s insanely fast, and Face ID is super convenient. I haven’t had any problems with Face ID, and the OLED screen is super nice. I would recommend this phone to any iPhone user or Android user,

I'm no Apple super fan, but I am really impressed with the face recognition technology on this phone. It makes it really easy to protect your personal information and access the phone. I am very, very pleasantly surprised.
