Love this phone, it seems to be faster, user friendly, and easy to use. Like the improved camera. I am still trying to get acclimated to the home button being gone but that is not a problem.

Fast; high quality body; good battery life; I love the touch and rear camera. Portrait mode in front camera is good but not exceptional. Moreover, Best Buy is my fav place for shopping.

I am an Apple fan, but I wouldn't go as far to say that I worship the company. I upgraded from a Iphone 7 plus to the Iphone XS Max. I really thought I was going to miss the button, but i have to say it didn't even take me more then 5 minutes to forget about it. The screen real estate is awesome and I'm glad the button is gone. The phone is fast and takes great pictures. Coming from a 7 I didn't have wireless charging, but now I am not sure I could go back to not having it. I love my new phone. I highly recommend if you are sitting on the fence with an older iphone (older than X) then get this phone. Awesome purchase, no regrets.

Had a note 8 before switching back to an iPhonr. Started with the Xr. Hated it. Decides to go up to the Xs Max. Worth it. Better screen, great camera, fast, and reliable.

after 2 weeks, I know I made the right choice. Great camera, amazing screen, and I love Face ID to unlock. Same physical size as my old 7plus, but now it's all screen.

Coming from iPhone 8+. Will admit I miss the wide bodied phone. Easier to type on. But having a full screen phone, overrides it. I also miss the 16x9 screen. But, the photos the XS MAX take also override the lack of familiarity with the phone. You’ll get used to size and no home button fairly quickly. Screen is just amazing!

Upgraded from an iPhone 8 Plus, the camera and display are far superior. I like the Face ID since i often wear gloves. Battery life appears to be better as well

My son got this phone and basically quadrupled his storage capacity from his old iphone. He loves the face recognition and the ease of use with his airpods.

This phone has the amazing capacity to perform as a portable computer. The 256G stores all my music and pics. Very fast with a long charge and great camera.

I love the iPhone X. It is a snappy phone that has held up extremely well for me. After months of use my favorite part is the camera and huge screen.

I had an iPhone 7s and I just upgraded for the improved screen size and even better camera to use on trips. So far, I am thrilled. Face rec is great, too.

Nice big screen. Performs well. Fantastic camera. Love the unlock feature. So far everything about this phone is a WOW! It is pricey but well worth it.

Since I switched to Apple in 2014, I kept on upgrading my iPhones because their features like the camera, speed, battery life, etc. are phenomenal.

I went with the XS max due to the size of the screen comparison from my iPhone 8 Plus. The price cut also had a lot to do with it going from 50/mo down to 27/mo for Verizon. If you do a lot of FaceTime this phone is perfect. The front facing camera is probably the clearest I’ve ever seen. Battery life is also very nice. I’m on it heavily everyday and it normally lasts 1.5 days. The screen actually looks bigger than 6.5” due to the absence of beveled above and below. Would recommend.

It's an iPhone, enough said. Great speed, camera, speakers, everything. Battery is holding up pretty well.

Coming from a 6s plus, the OLED screen is stunning to look at. What I enjoy most about the screen, specifically, is the brightness and ability to use in well lit and sunny situations. It is easy to see without having to turn the brightness up. My family enjoys the portrait mode of the camera and recording videos on the spacious 512 gb hard drive. The question of whether it is worth $1500 is a matter of whether you are invested in the Apple ecosystem. If yes, then yes. If no, then no, unless you plan to be.
