Like all Apple products, it’s all the same mostly. Animoji’s are cool for a little while. And now I never use them. Camera is nice. Not much difference than my 8 plus. I missed the home button for a long time but I’ve gotten so use to it. I still like the home button. Larger screen is nice for YouTube videos. Not worth $1000. But I had to find out what the hype was, it is an upgrade from a 6 plus. 7, 8, were nearly identical and this one isnt so different for the price increase.

Love the size and all the new features. Great camera and clarity of photos. Best of all it is user friendly and easy to use. Almost can replace a tablet.

I upgraded to the XS Max from the Iphone 8 plus and I love the phone its great goes so much faster. Easier to navigate through all of the apps and I love the 6.5 inch screen. And the battery life is good on the phone to which was a pleasant surprise.

At first I was worried on how big the phone is but no worries the bigger size is actually a big positive for me. I love the pictures I have taken with this phone. The only downside to the phone is price.

I love this phone so much! The large screen is such a great improvement from the last sets of iPhones. The picture is super crisp. I love the camera too! The lack of home button took a little getting used to but the new version is quite easy.

I had to unexpectedly upgrade from my 7 Plus, and I chose this one after trying to decide between this one and the other two X's. I went with this one mainly because of the better camera since I am recently into iPhone Photography and the larger screen. I've had this phone for a little over a week and I absolutely LOVE IT! I wouldn't trade it! I love the larger screen, the camera is super awesome! I chose the beautiful gold color. Then I found out later that it's waterproof! Not that I plan to go into the water with it. But if something gets spilled on it, you don't have to freak out! I'm still learning so many new things about this phone and learning how to use an iPhone with no home button, but you do get used to it. It is an amazing phone! I'm super glad I chose the XS Max.

It was time to upgrade from my iPhone 7+, so I had to go big or go home. Went for the Xs Max and it is so awesome. Love the FaceID and big screen. Battery life is very good and does just about everything I need it to do. Great phone.

With the cloud, this size is perfect! You don't need more with this processor. Apple does it right. Camera is fantastic! Size is perfect. Screen is great. You can't go wrong. What do they say about an Apple a Day. It's the only way to Play :)

Upgraded from a X for the battery life and the camera. Well worth it. Very fast phone. There’s a reason why Apple sells so many of them. Great phone. Love the extra screen space.

Fast, largest screen ever on an iPhone, and an amazing camera. I upgraded from an iphone X and it is a remarkable phone. I’ve been an iPhone user for years and I’m glad they came out with the max. The screen size is amazing.

I upgraded from iPhone 6s to XS Max and love this phone. The camera is amazing. The wide screen is just perfect for watching videos, touch is just great. Love Face ID feature, its really cool. Overall its great phone from Apple.

Not comparing with other phones, but this is the best iphone yet. Battery lasts all day, the phone is fast, and the bigger screen scratched the itch of wanting an ipad. Everything I expected it to be, nothing more, nothing less.

I love my new phone, size and screen are amazing. Battery power is a great improvement and amazing camera. So easy to transfer all my iCloud from previous iPhone, love how I can continue running my life right were I left off.

Love iPhones. This phone is great if you like the big screens. It has better view quality and works so much faster than my old iPhone. Always a good feeling when you open up the box to reveal your brand new iPhone.

Very pleased with the new iPhone Xs Max! Screen size is just perfect and so is the speed. Apps launch quickly and so does the camera. Overall very happy with my purchase!

My iPhone XS Max is the best iPhone I have had. The battery lasts a long time. The phone is fast and the camera is excellent. I bought Apple Care for two years so everything is covered and it is worth the price.

I like the camera , super fast phone , big screen just upgrade from 7 plus , every years this phones get freaking expensive, just the phone for a good deal , because I will never will paid this price for the phone .

I couldn’t buy the iPhone 8 because they were out of stock so to get the size screen I wanted I had to buy the XS Max. I was worried about transitioning to the missing home button but I’ve adapted quite well. My only problem now is that I couldn’t get my phone to pair with my iwatch. I’ll have to go to the Apple store to get it resolved. The other issue is price and the delicate glass on both sides so I have to be very careful.

Upgraded from a 6S Plus, yes, I was way overdue. I was skeptical of the facial recognition and was afraid it would take me forever to figure out how to navigate the features. However, it has been a relatively easy transition. The facial recognition is actually quite handy and the camera is amazing! I never really watched movies on my phone before but I tried it out just to test the quality. Wow! John Wick looks better on my phone than my tv! Overall, very satisfied and have even convinced my husband who is attached to his 5s (I know) that he needs an upgrade too!
