Bought an iPhone without a specific carrier, so I can use it on my country. They have to open the box, install a temporary chip and do some little work with the phone (no risks) and voila. Good purchase!

The iPhone XS Max is a good phone. I upgraded From the iPhone X and was happy with what I got. The camera is better and the picture is a little better. I was bummed out the video play back on it didn't use the full screen so it was like watching it out of my iPhone X. I'm sure there will be an update that will fix this issue but for right now the problem is still there. Best phone money can buy that's for sure.

Great iPhone, but patience is needed to learn new ways and unlearn old habits. Ease of learning operation of this new iphone is directly related to how well you knew and understood your previous iPhone.

It does the job well enough but is way too over priced.

The upgrade was really worth it. The extra GB is definitely a plus for a 4K camera quality. No compromise. Best phone If you are like me who likes taking a Lots of pictures and slow motion videos.

From being an Android owner to an IPhone owner, this phone has definitely met all my expectations! Clear crisp photos, great features that are easy to use and more than I am still trying to figure out!

I love not having to type in a password to unlock my phone. The Face ID comes in handy. I also love the no button, i can just swipe up to exit an app. Overall , this is one of my best purchases!

iPhone XS Max is perfect phone from display, camera and experience point of view. Apple hasn't disappointed though only downside is price, Brands are ignoring consumer's mindset on sake of flagship.

Well I love my phone but it was a pain getting it. Best Buy didn’t have it in stock. So they ordered it a week they said. A week goes by no phone. I call to find out it didn’t get ordered so they said e will over night it well over night wasn’t over night it took 3 days. Anyway I was patient and they got it here before I had to leave town almost canceled it and bought one out of town.

i love the purchase of my new iphone! i do have to say the mobile team in the manahawkin store it’s phenomenal! they really made this purchase not only a good one but probably the easiest in awhile!

Been a fan of iPhone for ever.. comparing Samsung phones it’s behind yet I rely on IOS devices as it’s still a closed system with lesser threat compared to other operating systems .

I love the color of my phone. My wife can see me real good when she face time me with a clearer picture. I watch a lot of sports on the yahoo app on my phone the screen is bigger. Just love it.

When buying this phone, I took into account that this is one accessory I have with me all the time no matter what. Therefore I need it to be stylish and functional. This phone is just that!

This is one of the most expensive phones we have purchased on our family plan and as a result it is very nerve wracking, however, the phones work well, look good, and we are happy to carry these.

This was a huge upgrade for me from an iPhone SE and honestly it was past time. Although the large size of the XS Mas can be a little unwieldy it's totally worth it.
