I love this phone there is nothing I would change about it if you have problems with this phone then maybe your the problem

I’ve long wondered about about getting a bigger size phone and was worried it’d be tooooo big.. however, phone feels absolutely perfect. Love the weight and color as well.

Having had the iPhone 7 Plus last, this was a great new phone for upgrade. Love the OLED screen and the larger screen size. Really huge difference in quality and function.

I love this phone. It is the best iphone i've had yet, and I've had almost all of them. I love the convenience of being able to pre-order and just walk in and pick it up!

I was afraid it would take awhile to get used to not having a home button, now I find the iPhones with home buttons more difficult to use. Certainly worth the upgrade.

The screen brightness and size is perfect. I am very happy with the performance and camera quality of the phone. No need for an iPad, I do everything with this phone.

Wasn't going to upgrade, especially to the Max, but I did and love it. The big, clear screen is wonderful and with the new IOS, it is a marvel. Two weeks and no problems.

The Iphone XS Max is a great upgrade from the X. The screen has the brightness and clarity I need for watching movies on the go. Recommend this phone highly.

It's been 6 years since i got a new iphone and it took me a while before i learned the new operating system, other than that it's about the same as the older iphones.

Phone is a bit big, but absolutely love it. If you are a regular size kind of person I would recommend the X, otherwise I would totally go for the max it’s amazing.

Upgraded from my iPhone 6 that I had for the past 7 years - Apple products have not disappointed my expectations, the XS Max delivers quality and perfection!

Great phone, but lost reception quality, went from a 6S to the XS Max. love the new speed of everything. Miss my ear bud jack but ok. Worst is that I live outside the city, and reception with ATT went from 3 bars to 1 bar. I hotspot for internet at home and the weaker antenna causes delays. Wife has a android Galaxy and is much better reception wise.

i like the edge-to-edge surface. i upgraded from a 7 plus and had to get used to not having a home button. other than that, it works great, as expected.

best iphone yet by far! the only thing i dont like is why they made the back glass too! that to me is stupid more to break!
