    I got a Nano because.I lost my IPod Touch and have a mini Ipad I wanted to have something small to take with me to the gym. This Nano does the job . Stores tons of music, has a great shuffle.feature.if you shake it up and down it will shuffle the songs like the Touch. The workout app is useless unless you get the additonal band and only tracks running or walking.

    I have an older ipod and my husband had the shuffle. we bought a new truck and rv and it has bluetooth compatability so we got this one for travel but he now uses it for work. it is slim, light and durable. he is a carpenter so.....neeles to say, it can get dropped or dinged.
