    The product is as one would normally expect. The poor rating is for Apple's lack of backward compatible capabilities with older style connectors. I have a 2008 Infinity G37 that has a audio system specifically integrated with Apple products (Mistake!) the connector is a 30 pin and even after purchasing a Lightning to 30 pin converter from Apple the device will not charge like older 30 pin devices. Don't waste your time and money going this route. Find a 30 pin device and forget using a current generation Apple device.

    Apple quality as expected. Screen is a little too small and the Otterbox protective cover interferes with entering texts on the outside perimeter of the screen.
