Issues bad support store AND Apple

Had issues just getting it started, and noone including Best Buy would help. They said contact apple, and we did to have them say sorry can't help you. So have a brand new device never been used.

Older iPod's were Better! New iPod's Suck!

Apple says my computer does not recognize device. Apple Support unable to help. I went to buy a new iPod. Not much of a selection and not very many GB's. 32 GB, give me a break! The old classic iPod's had 160 GB or more I think. The new iPod is basically an Apple phone without the phone part. I think Apple wants everyone to gravitate to an Apple phone. Not going to happen. Classic Apple iPod's are selling on the net for over $400 because everyone wants one instead of the new iPod. I just bought a MP3/MP4 player with 128 GB for around $40, a fraction of the cost of the new iPod which is near $300. Apple iPod's are dead in my book!
