My 8 year old had an outdated iPad and needed an upgrade. This was a perfect solution for her as it was more compact and satisfied her want for “a phone”. I refuse to buy her a phone at 8 years old however this iPod does everything a Phone’s will do without the cellular service. Can text and FaceTime over WiFi (with parental controls of course). She was able to even get a pop socket. Easy upgrade that satisfies both the parent and child.

We love to listen to music when we are doing yard work or out on the boat. This is perfect since it offers a bluetooth connection to our wireless speakers. My favorite thing about it other than it's easy to use & you can use it for so many other purposes, I can face time the Grandbaby's with it since I don't have an iphone. I also love that I don't have to use my battery time up on my phone when I want to listen to music!

Great for easy listening! Small, light, convenient and functional. This replaces a Gen 6 model that had a battery issue after 4 years. Only caution - don’t leave on the charger for extended periods. The battery in my Gen 6 wore down because I tended to let this happen been uses.

Recently had my older iPod become unusable, and purchased this as a replacement. I use it with my arm band when exercising, and also with my speaker for playing music anywhere I want. I also downloaded apps to the device to be able to play games and practice languages. It's working great!

Works just as expected, nice little device. Surprised Apple discontinued it, maybe they'll revive it (the remaining ones all sold out immediately, I had to buy an open-box item, which by the way worked out fine, thank you Best Buy).

This Is great for young kids who want a “phone” but you don’t have to worry about a monthly bill. Both my 4 yo and 7 yo use it to FaceTime family and friends, watch movies and play Roblox. The only reason it gets 4 stars is battery life doesn’t last more than an hour.

I am a low tech guy and still use my Tracfone for calls and texts and I have a laptop and PC for general use. When connected to WiFi at home or on the road I do love to use my iPod for emails and apps. This replaces my old one for which many of my favorite apps could no longer be updated. It works fine and is of a size easy to carry in my pocket. I was easily able to transfer copies of pictures I had stored on my old iPod and my favorite apps were easy to download and work ever so much better. I still use my old one for its keyboard app and now can keep that one in my bag of choir music so I don't forget it on Sunday morning. For my needs the size is much better than that of an iPad and the price is better too. I spoke with an Associate at Best Buy before making this purchase and he addressed the minor questions I had. It was not in stock at my store but my order was filled quickly.

I didn't want to take up space on my phone for all my music. I use the iPod Touch for only music, but I have downloaded music from my iTunes account and the Spotify app for variety. It's small, light, and sleek. The shade of blue is bright and fun.

Love my iPod. Love the color. It's pink. I have to have My music wherever I go. Very well priced. Easy to pick up at order pick up. Did the open box saved a little more. Perfect condition.

We were ready to get an iPhone for your younger daughter but without being able to share toys in her afterschool program due to COVID we wanted to get her something compact to play with. This has been a great alternative! I highly recommend getting the AppleCare, I did not put a high-quality case on it and she has already broken the screen (my fault), and its around $120 to replace out of pocket. Luckily we purchased so only $49 with the AppleCare.

its very user friendly , I like how small it is and easy to use good sound quality and of course its a good product being an Apple .

Bought this for my 10 year old as a trial run before getting an actual phone. Its much more affordable than an actual iPhone and does all the same things as long as within wifi.

Bought for my 5 year old daughter so she can have a "phone". Honestly the best purchase, now she doesn't have to ask for my phone to watch youtube or play games all the time.

This has been a life saver to allow Facetime during the COVID pandemic. It is small, and light and connects quickly, has plenty of storage, and looks cute. We love it

Son loves it. It’s small and has lots of features (primary reason was for MP3s). I love that I can control it as a parent through apples settings.

My son wanted a phone but we are together all the time and he is still young. So I gifted this to him for Christmas. He loves it and calls it his phone.

I love Apple products. This one doesn’t disappoint. Very light and works great. Easy to use and a high quality item.

My 9 year old daughter received this as a Christmas present. Within a week of her having it, she dropped it and there were just horizontal lines on the screen that would not go away. I contacted Apple support, and we had to send it in and they repaired it and then sent it back. It has worked fine in the month since then. Although Apple support was great and we got this fixed for free, it was very upsetting to my daughter that within a week of having this (after begging for one for months!) she had to return it and then wait two weeks for it to be returned to us. Other than that - the pink is a great color. The size is smaller than an iphone 6 so she does have some complaints about that - but overall, we're pleased with it.

I am not your typical gym rat, I am 62 and have lost 100 pounds. I depend on books and podcasts to keep me going. This is a great addition to my Apple tech! Much smaller than my iPhone for the gym, don't get me wrong I love my iPhone it is just too bulky for my picket at the gym. I listen the Apple books, Apple podcasts and music while working hard at the gym!

Glad I purchased this new model Ipod. Don't like having my phone on me while running or working out in the gym. Try to get away from it & the distractions. This Ipod is perfect. Easy to set up & use & has so many features. So far no issues with it at all. You will love it!
