Easy connection for IPHONE w/lightening

However if you want to connect your iphone to a usb flash drive or full drive it won't work. That is disappointing. You can connect your iphone so some brands of cameras with USB ports and and then move files.

Expensive, but it was necessary at the time.

Must Need Dongle

With this adapter you can use your regular usb accessories and if needed you can just buy one with multiple usb outlets and your set. being this an apple product it works as intended, i've had mines for a while and haven't had any issues what so ever.

Multipurpose Adapter

I’m currently using it to connect my keyboard (61 keys) to my iPad via USB Host. Solid connection allows me to control the sounds on the iPad in GarageBand or any other synth app. I’ll use this for camera things later.

Works for pictures only

We bought this in hopes that we will be able to clear up space on an iPad. Apple only allows transfer to the device and not vice versa. It works as well as Apple allows it too.

WOrks pretty well.

It works for powered items like a digital camera or a hard drive, but not items that require power, like a flash drive. It seems to work with one of the flash card readers I have, but not a different flash card reader. So it's selectivity is a bit frustrating.
