I take a lot of photos with my digital cameras. I have an "AirCard" in one, which allows the camera to create a wireless wifi connection to my iPad - photos are automatically transferred to the iPad wirelessly. Unfortunately, my other camera doesn't have this option, and it's not available - this cable makes connecting the camera, or even a keyboard, to the iPad a snap. Does exactly what it's supposed to. Also allows me to connect a USB gaming headset to the iPad!

Great way to transfer data and affordable and easy to use and great support

It works moving photos from digital cameras to the iPad but I wish that it would transfer flash drives. But if this is a product someone wants for this reason then it’s great

I use this in conjunction with my iPad to quickly back up photos that I'm taking at location and push them to the cloud. Useful for not having to take a laptop with you. Works as expected.

This is awesome and exactly what I needed because I wanted to hook my wired printer to my iPad. Butmy printer didn’t recognize the iPad so I’ll use it for something else...

And that is to allow downloading media from a camera to the connected iOS device which uses a lightning connector. You still need the USB cable that you use to download media from your camera.

Works great for flash drives, camera, and even audio interfaces for guitar as long as device still has headphone jack. Use it with my iPad.

I bought to use with Auria and my Focusrite 2i2. Works perfectly when for 2i2 is connected to a powered USB hub. I'm also planning to use with my DSLR for picture transfers to my iPad Mini.

So for days I’ve been searching the web for an adapter for my iPad and piano because I buy most of my things off web. This piece I’m reviewing is pretty rare to find anywhere else. I searched for offbrand connectors but still wasn’t satisfied because quality matters to me, and I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I decided to check at Best Buy because they sell almost any electronic you’re looking for. Went right in and found the connector I was looking for. This connector was very easy to connect, it’s package was in good condition, it’s definitely good quality, and it doesn’t get hot when connected for too long. I was pretty satisfied with my purchase.

I needed an adapter to be able to download from my go pro to my ipad mini, this product allows me to do this. Apple allows many adaptors to make using their products easier. Great tool!

I purchased this Lighting-to-USB camera adapter while on travel. I used it to copy my photos from my Nikon DSLR to my Ipad tablet for photo editing and viewing. It works as described.

Apple adapter to allow use of a USB drive with the new iPad Pro. Now it is possible to transfer data, like movies, to the iPad for later viewing. Finally Apple has this adapter to increase the utility of the iPad by using the USBC port. It is moving more towards being a computer alternative.

I purchased this to take on vacation so I could put load my photos on my iPad each day. It worked great transferring the photos from my Nikon D300S to my iPad. I would recommend this.

This is a standard Apple Lighting USB extension. I found it to work as I expected. I can link all of my MIDI USB instruments to my Ipad Air 2. I would recommend it for purchase.

Do what it suppose to do. Little over priced but its apple product.

Good quality cable. I bought it for a troubleshooting project. It didn't work for me in this regard, but hopefully will come in handy down the road.

The Apple - Lightning-to-USB Camera Adapter - White is packaged and ready to go. I am using mine as a USB Microphone adapter for the iPad Pro. It works great!

My new iPad Air 2 is making it necessary for me to replace all my "gadgets" due to the connection port being different from the old iPad. This item was bought for that reason.

I am experienced with music and sounds. My brother left this mic at my house and i tested it out. actually capable of a clean, firm, recording microphone

Needed to connect a DAC (digital analog converter) to iPhone. Worked OK, first one broke after week, replacement seems fine. But very expensive for what it does and you have no alternative if you wish to connect a DAC to your iPhone. Apple needs a little competition for this device.
