Wow so glad I bought this from bestbuy. With the price being affordable and I’m loving my new laptop so much Didn’t have to wait in those ridiculous lines and it was in mint condition. Definitely happy with this purchase.

No longer working
Completely stopped working and won’t keep a charge Now having to either purchase a new MacBook or laptop or pay hundreds in repairs Worst decision ever to purchase refurbished Mac products from best buy

Dead unit after 3 months!!

I got this Mac, back in March. This past Friday, it gave out… DEAD unit. I confirmed with the Apple store, it was indeed a logic board issue. Something needs to be done, Best Buy! A repair or partial reimbursement. Granted, the Mac is 5 years old, but this should not be happening after 3 months of now owning it.
