I previously owned this same Apple MacBook and was looking for a replacement. While searching, I saw they had some refurbished models and decided to take a chance. I still liked my MacBook but it was old, out of date, and the processor was dying. With this refurbished model, I got a newer unit, more HD memory, more flash memory, and an up to date operating system. If I can get 5-10 years out of this thing, I will consider it a great buy. As of right now, it runs smoothly and I have no complaints but the test of time will tell.

When I received the computer it looked well used, which was fine because I knew I was buying refurbished before hand. However the cord was ripped and would not charge. I took it into bestbuy and they told me I would have to return the whole thing and find another computer. They would not simply replace the cord. I'm pretty disappointed that best buy would send a broken cord out that was obviously torn.

Runs very well only things wrong few scratches on top and bottom normal for used just buy a skin and bye bye problem.

I was very skeptical to purchase a remanufactured computer. This completely met all my expectations. Very clean, almost no scratches on the outside case and everything works perfect.

Can't beat an apple product. Only issue was that in came I the German language. Tiny bit of a problem setting up. One accomplished, runs like a drwam

Was not sure what to expect from a refurbished product. Shows signs of use but looks great. Did not need a new MacBook, great price. I Did need to do a clean install, because it was not returned to clean OS. Very happy with purchase.

Laptop was in German when I received it. Runs slow, charger plug broke in half the first day I used it.

I was looking for an affordable first Macbook for my daughter and I came across this one. Excellent fit for her needs.

Top was a little beat up but overall works awesome

In the beginning it was working pretty good but recently it started going very slow and freezing and then the hard drive wore out on me. DO NOT BUY refurbished EVER!!!!

This machine is a piece of junk. It will not keep a charge and the battery won't charge. I got it yesterday and has not been able to use it.

I bought this macbook and it was Shipped to me without an operating system installed. I returned it to best buy the very next day!!

This is used quality. Scratched and returning. Sad.
