I was initially excited about the purchase as the laptop looked to be in good condition and worked well. Unfortunately it stopped working within two days of use. I returned it for a full refund.

Worst purchase & process ever

My brother ordered this laptop for me & when it arrived it seemed to be working for about 10days or so and then it started giving me issues. When I would power it on it just gave me a gray screen & when I contacted Best Buy they gave me the run around for a couple of weeks until I finally checked the computer in and found out it was unrepairable. So they are sending me a new one but this process took about a month. So if you guys can try not to purchase a refurbished product from best buy.
