I purchased a refurbished MacBook Air in February. The product was delivered on exact day as estimated. The product was packaged well with no damage from the shipping. The laptop works as it should. A scratch or two on the top of lid but purchases a protective cover and looks nice. I bought this for my home business and have not experienced any issues or problems. Will purchase from Best Buy again.

The actual laptop looks new, there were no imperfections on the outside and it was fine to use for the first few weeks. After that it started to get so slow, everything lags and nothing I do will make it go faster. I only have half of the Microsoft suite installed on there and one VPN, there’s definitely memory left but it still barley works. I can’t update to the newest MacOS so I’m stuck on an old one (Sierra) which I’m sure is also making the laptop slow down. I know it’s refurbished but for the amount of money I paid I expected that it would at least work better than the desktop computer I had in 2005. I looked on the BestBuy website to see if maybe I could trade this laptop in for a some cash to go towards something better. I paid $460 for this pos and they offered me $20 back. $20?!?!? I didn’t expect to get the full $460 back but to only offer twenty bucks is absolutely insane. Beware if you are buying from BestBuy- see how much money you will get back for trading in the thing you are about to buy. The money Best Buy will pay you for it is how much it’s ACTUALLY worth. Will never buy anything from Best Buy again. Do not buy this laptop!!!!!

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished laptop but it's been working well so far. No major issues. Sometimes it's slow and because it's so old some things don't work as well with this laptop but overall it gets it's job done.

The webcam on the Mac book shows black. Like there’s a crack in the camera. Other than that it’s great.

So not what I expected. I waited 2 weeks for my laptop to arrive just for me to find out that it doesn’t even turn on !!!!! On top of that they gave me the wrong charger so I couldn’t even try to open the laptop by charger it. Very very upset

We ended up retuning the product. It was just too fragile for my young son.

Pre owned but scratched up and hinge is so loose!! So afraid it’s going to break!!!

Awesome, looks and works like new. The only downside was that it came with the wrong charger. But customer service comped me the $75 to go get a new one. Pretty cool!

Battery life runs out a little too quick but overall works very well

I like this MacBook a lot. It works well. I use it for Netflix.

the oS is 10.7 and the updated is 10.9cases many problem

computer came right away and was in like new condition. Would never know that it had been a refurbished unit.

Laptop wasn't expected to be perfect. Had a few scratches, no big deal. Worked just fine, was really happy with the product, but just over three months of having the laptop it seems to be experiencing charging issues. Have to really play around with the port to get a charge going and sometimes it just won't find one. It would of been a five star review if not for this issue. If it happened a year down the line, a 5 star review. Just over 3 months just isn't acceptable.

Terrible purchase, has dent on top and runs extremely slow. The fan inside is really loud and annoying.

Took 10 days to come. Charger did not fit. 1888BESTBUY Maria told me to go to nearest BB and the geek squad would give me one. BB said no I would have to buy one. Saga continues more later when computer is charged by Amazon replacement charger at 25% cost of BB charger....
