My last MacBook Air lasted 6 years, and my new one is picking up where the old left off. I'm looking forward to many more years.

It’s light and efficient! I love it so far. I needed it for school and it’s been perfect. I switched from my old Windows laptop to this MacBook and it took me a little to figure out some of the nicks and nacks but it’s nothing a quick little google search can’t help with. I love it’s simple design! Happy with my purchase.

Using this macbook for internet and documentation only. Im not a video gamer or picture/video editor so this is perfect for us

First, let me express my disappointment in the lack of communication Best Buy had concerning not providing points for Apple purchases. Even their in store employees weren’t aware of the policy change. With that said, I still would have purchased this particular laptop from Best Buy. For starters, $699 for this machine is more than a fair price and is just the beginning of why this laptop is a great deal. The laptop is 2017 manufacture, which means that it is the last Air with 2xUSBs, an SD card slot (I used mine to add a 1TB micro SD in a flush firing aluminum faced Micro SD to SD converter), a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and a Thunderbolt 2 port. Future versions lose these ports and leave the user with just USB C. The 8GB of RAM let’s me run Virtual Machines (Linux and Windows), but unfortunately, the RAM can’t be updated as is the case with all future versions of the Air to this point. Lastly, although this computer comes with a 128GB “SSD” drive, this is the last model of the Air that has a possible end user future upgrade up to 2TB! This is my third MacBook Air of this Series and although I haven’t upgraded this one yet, I have upgraded the other two. This is a new laptop and is eligible for AppleCare plus. It comes with a one year factory warranty. This is highly recommended for those people who don’t want to carry a portion of their net worth around with them.

I finally upgraded my laptop, going from a PC to this Mac. Im still getting used to the difference but I really like it so far.

I went with the older version of the MacBook Air, and I was very impressed. I wanted the USB port still, and I wasn’t as converted with screen resolution. More functionality and durability. Apple never disappoints and I’m looking forward to this MacBook lasting as long as my previous one did (10+ years).

Great computer for basic needs. Not for gaming or advanced graphic design, yet fantastic for traveling, basic computer needs.

I purchased the MacBook Air as I didn't need, nor want, the virtual slide bar and other gimmicks offered by the Pro at twice the price. This is an intuitive machine that's easy to use and doesn't make you learn a bunch of unnecessary stuff to get the job done. I am happy I bought it, it has performed well and I would purchase it again.

Got this to upgrade my wife's older model since she liked it so much. She likes how all her Apple products work together. These are very light for students to carry in a backpack where there may also be lots of books. Was the main reason to purchase the MacBook Air. This newer one is a little faster and has a better screen.

I had had a Dell and an HP before my Mac and it’s like night and day. I will never go back to a windows based computer again!

I love my Mac it has everything you need built in no need to buy anti virus packages you can just let it do it’s thing . Also it’s light and easy to carry with you everywhere you go. All in all I highly recommend getting one if you already haven’t !

This is a nice small computer that has the speed of a more powerful computer. Very quick response and great picture quality.

My daughter loves her new MacBook Air. It is light weight and thin. She was able to set it up quickly and loves that it is compatible with all of her other Apple products. The sale price was great and she got an additional $150 off simply by showing her college ID! This will be perfect to start school with next week!!
