Everything looks good so far.

Disappointment in quality

I ended up not purchase a used computer from Best Buy and went with apples refurbished program. The cost wasn’t much more than Best Buy’s used computers. The computer from Best Buy was dented, had a huge scratch and the information wasn’t even erased from the previous owners. Best Buy over charged for this laptop which I will chalk up as my own mistake as I should of done more research. I was able to get a much newer computer in a lot better condition online else where. Needless to say, it was a disappointment and I probably won’t purchase another item from Best Buy.

Not worth the risk

The screen had “spotty” light marks and the laptop was never cleared so we could not actually set it up past WiFi. Turns out these are bought from a third party. BB took it back with no problems!
