Upgraded from early 2015 Macbook Pro 13. What an upgrade. Very comparable to my M1 Macbook Pro with performance.

The 4 star review is because the hardware purchased from Best Buy is fine. The MAC OS (14 - Sonoma) has some "features" I don't care for. For instance, being able to sync my calendar through the finder no longer works, even though Apple claims it does. Getting it to synch through the cloud has been an ordeal as well, and isn't over yet. So far, I have invested 13 hours of phone calls with Apple support and we're not finished. This is the first time (of many) that just restoring from a Time Machine backup didn't have me up and running almost immediately. Again - not the fault of anything from Best Buy.

I've been a Samsung and Windows girl from the start... but I needed a laptop that would be able to keep up with my video editing. So far so good.

I love it and my daughter love it and she’s super happy with it and I’m trying to buy one for me too… It’s a perfect laptop and even the size too…

This macbook air is super nice so far no issues & fast! my son's got this for his college & was on-sale.

I charge it once a day, and i listen to lectures and do school without worrying about the battery life.

Still learning the Mac. This is my first one I've always used a PC. There is a learning curve especially for a 66 yr old senior. But so far I'm enjoying it!

Such an epic laptop for the money. Not only is it faster than my 16gig ram touch bar macbook pro, it just feels a lot nicer too. 10/10
