I’m blown away by the performance of this laptop. So happy i decided against pinching pennies & picking a laptop with windows that would have a significantly shorter lifespan. I am utilizing mine for online college courses & light editing with my DJI cameras. No lag or frame issues despite it not being a “Pro”. Highly recommend, especially when it’s on sale. Wish the battery life was better but i get it’s only the “Air”.

I had an M2 MacBook Air, and this is definitely a step above it in terms of performance. Build quality is excellent, as expected. What was different this time is I bought it from BestBuy, which was a large plus for me from a financing and support perspective!

I purchased the 2025 MacBook Air 13-inch with the M4 chip and 24 GB RAM from Best Buy, Asheville Store, and after several days of daily use, I can confidently say it is the best laptop I have ever owned. I am a full-time professional scientist, and I need a machine that can keep up with heavy multitasking without slowing down. The M4 chip is truly revolutionary. Applications open in a blink, I can run multiple large programs (like statistical software, Photoshop, and several browsers) without a single stutter, and best of all, the fanless design means it’s completely silent. My old laptop (Intel 5th generation Core i5) would scream and heat up after 30 minutes, but this Macbook Air remains cool and quiet, even under load. The battery life is the real magic trick. I consistently get 15 to 16 hours of mixed use (web browsing, video calls, word processing) on a single charge. It’s liberating to leave the charger at home. The Liquid Retina display is also stunning—bright, vibrant, and a pleasure for watching movies or reviewing creative work. The 13-inch model is surprisingly lightweight and slips into my bag easily. Final Verdict: If you need a premium, long-lasting laptop for school, work, or general use, stop looking and buy this. The combination of the M4 performance and the incredible battery life makes it an unbeatable value. The purchase experience at Best Buy was excellent and seamless.
