Used it for 3months and the battery now does not charge despite changing the charger trying different ports and cleaning the charging port and the battery health at 100%. Wasted money on this.

Very disappointed. I worried about getting a pre-owned MacBook and my fears were confirmed. It worked only for a few weeks before it kept shutting off for no reason and now won't turn on at all. There is a one year warranty on it, but support has been unsatisfactory as well and has yet to solve the issue. I am a huge fan of Apple products but cannot recommend any pre-owned products.
