New Mac with issues right away

It’s fine. I purchased mines during Black Friday after research and store rep help. Then I traveled overseas with it not long after. It never stays charged longer than 20 minutes. When I charge it, it takes forever. This happened right away. If I was in the states, I would’ve taken it back right away. Since I am not, I have to wait til I am back in July to see what can be done.

Bought the new MacBook Air M5. Love it! My previous was MacBook Pro with the intel chip. The Air is faster and I bought extra RAM and upgraded storage. The Air does everything I need so I’ve saved money by buying it versus the MacBook Pro. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

This is a beautiful laptop with good battery life so far. The only thing is I miss the numeric keyboard on the right hand side like my PC has but otherwise no complaints.

Purchased MacBook Air M4 15” with upgraded storage. Glad I waited, very happy with purchase so far. Geek Squad did my setup and transferred what they could. (Have Tech Service) Easy communication with my iPhone. Look forward to many years of secure use!
