Customer Ratings & Reviews

I purchased the MacBook Neo recently, and I’m extremely happy with it. The A18 Pro chip delivers impressive speed, and everything runs smoothly — from everyday tasks to heavier workloads. The display is bright, sharp, and shows colors beautifully. The Citrus color is unique and eye‑catching; everyone who sees it comments on how different and stylish it looks. The laptop is lightweight and easy to carry, and the battery lasts a full day without needing to recharge. Overall, this MacBook is fast, reliable, and beautifully designed. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and definitely recommend it.

I went from lugging around a huge Dell Inspiron that weighed over 4.2lbs killing my back to this much lighter 2.7 lb Neo, so I love it. I mainly use it for work as a teacher, to create lessons, assignments, and learning materials. I have also used it to watch shows and for the price point and size, I do think the speakers and display are pretty great. I have the citrus color and absolutely love how in some light it looks kind of golden yellow, and sometimes it looks green-ish. I find that it is responsive enough even with my 58 tabs open and music playing while I make slideshows for my classes. Do I think it would be great for someone who is going to be running demanding software or wants to use it for online gaming expecting insane picture quality? No, of course not. Do your research, and buy based on what you will be using it for. This would’ve been really great to have when I was in college a couple years ago because of the lower cost and portability over my heavy Dell and iPad Pro I carried all over campus

I recently purchased the MacBook Neo and I’ve been really impressed with it so far. The design feels premium, the build quality is excellent, and everything runs smoothly and quickly. The display looks sharp and vibrant, the battery life has been great, and the laptop is lightweight enough to carry around comfortably. It handles everyday tasks, work, browsing, and multitasking without any issues. For the price, I think the MacBook Neo offers excellent value. It delivers the quality and user experience I expected from Apple while being a great option for anyone looking for a reliable and modern laptop. Very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend it!

I’ve had this MacBook Neo for about five weeks now, and it’s been an excellent laptop. I mainly bought it for EMT school, and it’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it without any issues. I’ve had more than 10 PowerPoint presentations open at the same time while also running other apps and browsing the web in the background, and it stayed fast and responsive the entire time. The battery life has been great, which is a huge plus during long study sessions, and it’s lightweight enough to carry with me every day. The display is bright and clear, and the keyboard is comfortable for taking notes. The only thing I’d eventually like is more storage, but for my current needs, the 256GB model has been more than enough. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable laptop for school or everyday use.

The 13inch MacBook is very cool and a great making model made by apple. The camera is on the laptop is very excellent and clear I highly recommend every one should purchase this making model. I absolutely love this laptop. It’s light and fast. I got the blue one because it was selling quick and the last in miles near me. The color is beautiful and sleek. I recommend it to anyone who needs a laptop for browser based work. I do my school work on there and budgeting. It’s perfect for my use. The battery lasts a long time and uses the same cord as my phone. I’m so happy about that because it means less clutter!

I absolutely love my MacBook Neo 13-inch! It’s lightweight, sleek, and incredibly easy to carry around, which makes it perfect for school and everyday use. It runs smoothly and quickly, even when I have multiple tabs and applications open at once. The battery life is great and easily gets me through my day without constantly needing to charge it. The display is bright and clear, the keyboard is comfortable to type on, and I especially love the Blush color—it’s even prettier in person! Setup was simple, and everything works seamlessly with my other Apple devices. For the size and price, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to students or anyone looking for a reliable, portable laptop.

This computer is genuinely amazing. The A18 Pro processor gives it single core speeds comparable to an M3 chip, making everyday tasks such as web browsing and emails very fast and responsive. Being fanless, the laptop runs completely silently even under heavy workloads. It delivers up to 16 hours of real-world battery life on a single charge. Not to mention the blush pink is beautiful and its sleek design makes it very modern and pretty. Overall, this computer is perfect for me as a student in University.

I’ve been using the MacBook Neo for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best laptops I’ve owned. It’s incredibly fast, lightweight, and the battery life is amazing—I can go almost an entire day without needing to charge it. The display is beautiful, making everything from watching videos to editing content look crisp and vibrant. I also love how smoothly it handles multitasking, whether I’m working, creating content, or just browsing the internet. If you’re looking for a reliable laptop that’s powerful, easy to use, and worth the investment, I highly recommend the MacBook Neo. It’s perfect for students, professionals, and content creators alike!

I purchased the Neo for college because I can’t drag my ten pound PC everywhere to do work when I’m not home. So far, I enjoy my Neo and am pleased with it but I do still have my complaints and things I’m just not used to as I’ve only every used a laptop or pc that ran on windows so this is a change for me. My favorite things about the Neo so far is the color (I recommend getting a case as mine got scratched up fairly easy/early on from being in my backpack), the setup of the screen (widgets and controls especially because they are almost the same as my iPhone), how easy it is to pack and open up, and how I can access things that I normally would only be able to use on my iPhone (messages, emails, FaceTime, etc.). The list of complaints are longer than my compliments but they are small things because I don’t have a history with Macs. One thing I have noticed is that I can never close the Finder app which is annoying. Closing tabs is an interesting task too because I have to press the “close tab” button and then have to double click the pad over the tab I closed that’s in the dock and select “quit” for it to actually close the app. Another thing is if I wanted to put (for example) the notes app for in the dock but not fully close it then I have to “exit full screen”, and then press the “minimize” button, but I don’t think there is any way to keep something full screen when you close it and open it back up again without having to press an extra button. I must say that being able to access my phone through my laptop is cool but half of the apps you have on your phone that you might want to use on your laptop can only be used if you turn your phone off, open it, and then connect It to the Neo and after all that I might as well as use my phone… There is no usb A cord slots (rectangular one) and there are only two usb c ones plus one for a headphone cord, which means that you have to buy and carry around a port hub. My last issue is how long it takes me to open the dock… I swear it takes forever for the dock to pop up and I end up having to swipe my finger on the pad downwards at least three times before the dang thing shows up. (I wish Apple added more accessories for the Neo included with your purchase in the box…I miss when Apple used to take care of us)

I absolutely love this MacBook Neo! The technology is incredibly fast and smooth, making everything easy and efficient. The performance is excellent for everyday tasks, streaming, school, and work. The display looks beautiful, and the battery life is amazing. One of my favorite things is the gorgeous blush color — it looks so elegant and unique. The design is lightweight, modern, and very comfortable to carry around. Overall, this laptop exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and powerful device!

Absolutely love the MacBook Neo! It’s sleek, lightweight, fast, and perfect for everyday use. The battery life is great, the display looks fantastic, and everything runs smoothly. For the price, it’s an excellent laptop and definitely worth it!

The first thing that stood out wasn't the speed. It was the experience. Everything feels intentional. From the instant wake-up to the buttery smooth trackpad, every interaction quietly says, "Focus on your work, not your computer." As someone passionate about leadership, hospitality, strategy, and creating content, I need a machine that keeps up with ideas before they disappear. The MacBook does exactly that. Whether I'm designing LinkedIn posters, preparing presentations, writing leadership articles, researching business trends, or managing multiple tasks at once, it simply performs without getting in the way. The battery life is remarkable. Instead of hunting for a charger during the day, I focus on conversations, meetings, and creating value. The Retina display is stunning, making every presentation, photo, and design look crisp and vibrant. The build quality feels premium, solid enough to inspire confidence every time I open it.

I LOVE THE COLOR!! it’s super cute and small which is perfect for me since i’m a college student and very affordable! it runs super smooth and i haven’t had any problems the battery is very good.

The Apple MacBook Neo 13-inch is lightweight and affordable laptop. Its bright 13-inch display has a long battery life. It has easy browsing, streaming, and great for schoolwork. I bought this for my daughter and she loves it!

### Best Buy Review I absolutely love this MacBook Neo! It’s fast, sleek, lightweight, and the Indigo color is even better in person. The A18 Pro chip makes everything feel incredibly smooth and responsive, and it’s the perfect size for everyday use without sacrificing performance. Setup was super easy, the battery life has been great, and the overall quality is exactly what I expect from Apple. For the price, this is an incredible laptop and easily one of my favorite tech purchases. Highly recommend!

I love it so far! It is very easy to use! And I love that Apple created a version of their laptop that is more affordable! I love the color as well! It’s so vibrant, I would say it’s more on the green side like a lime! But it works great!

This has been one of the best purchases I have made. It is very practical, fast, and easy to navigate through. As a high school student who takes college courses and does editing a lot, this macbook does it all. I highly recommend it to any high school or college student who wants a good reliable laptop that will help them with their everyday needs and tasks. One thing I will say with the simpler model is that it does not have touch ID, but it doesn’t really matter as passwords are saved through the passkey, there for the touch ID not being really necessary. Overall I don’t regret buying this macbook, I absolutely love it!!
