At first it was working fine but now then it starting doing this black screen with a folder and question mark it’s saying “ support.apple.com/mac/startup” I don’t know what I can do to fix it I’ve been trying everything but that still pops up

The add was saying it was a 2020 which is not the case it is a 2017 and says it has a ssd storage which mine says id flash storage. The only reason its 3 stars is because it works great if it didnt i would have returned it

I love it! better than I imagined, It works very well, it is in excellent condition. the only problem is the shift keyboard key that is not working, but have 2 shift keyboard key, so is not a problem. TKS

The computer was in very good condition when it was purchased. It’s been a little show here and there, but overall a very good used laptop for the price it was. *did include a charger

I bought this for my daughter who is going to college this fall. The computer worked for 1 week before starting to lag. It doesn’t come with any warranties. It was a waste of money.
