Overall pretty good would recommend. The battery life was alright and not too bad. Speed is adequate and good for college work. Would recommend for college or recreation.

The title says refurbished but after I activate this MacBook I found a battery fully wasted. The battery needs replaced. Was a waste of time

Beware that this listing is for a 2021 model release and they sent me a 2017. Two problems with this: One, it's not what I ordered and Second- 2017 was notorious for the faulty butterfly keyboard (which this version has) It's nearly impossible to type without mashing the keys down aggressively and this model is hard to retain value because of the class action against Mac for this faulty keyboard. I came to Best Buy to replace MY 2017 model and ended up with another 2017 model that is also in really bad condition. Black marks everywhere, faded keys, the whole deal! Make sure you double check what they send you. It clearly stated 2021 in the model and when I checked the actual computer on arrival, it said 2017.

This refurbished MacBook is in great condition; just a few scuffs on the outside. It works flawlessly. Of course it was factory reset, so it had the High Sierra OS. I was able to update it to Ventura. It’s not compatible with Sonoma. It was a great deal and is meeting all my needs for work, email, internet browsing, YouTube, video editing, and the like.

It was a great price and the computer looks like new. The only issue is the battery life isn't great.

The product is fine in terms of a functioning replacement. However the shell is all scratched up upon receiving it and doesn't look good. So fsr the hardware functions as expected.

The equipment arrived in excellent condition. It even arrived 4 days earlier than expected. So far, it works well. It was a very good purchase—safe and fast.

it works perfect other than if you shut it down or restart even with a full battery it won't turn back on and say its dead until you plug it in. once you plug it back in it turns on and says the 88% battery percentage for example and then I can go back to using it with out charging.

I wasn't sure how well a refurbished laptop would work/stay working but I've had this computer almost a year and its working great still. I mostly use it for work and occasionally video streaming and haven't had any issues yet.

When I got the laptop opened it to it being wrapped really well with a bubble like casing and nothing was damaged. I really love this laptop it works great!!

Works great and affordable. Also happy it came with security and free months of Apple.

The display and width of the MacBook is very nice however apple doesn’t make updates for the macs with an intel chip. You won’t be able to use up to date Microsoft office products etc without an up to date MacOS. Not worth the price unless you’re a collector or buying for nostalgia.

The MacBook Pro is very suitable for everyday doings no scratches everything can in package love the product.
