So the product seemed fine for a while. It came with a free product, the free product or subscription for malware protection I think, this free sub was hard to attain so I let it go. I purchased this in November and I picked it up right before thanksgiving. But I am now realizing the product may be defective. When I don’t use it or turn on the MacBook for a while, and finally turn it on to use itI returned to it, the screen turned into a rainbow color. The only thing I can do is force shut it down by pressing the power button because, when I try to click on the menu to restart the rainbow screen blocks everything. Sometimes I have to restart about 2 times. Anyway, I initially thought this was a one time thing, but it happened about 4 times now. I am definitely returning this and going to buy a $200 pc because this is not worth $800, sorry. I will save up and buy a brand new Mac if necessary, this is just frustrating. Other than that the MacBook Pro has no other issues, I just don’t think it’s worth the money I paid for.

Laptop is in great condition and runs really smoothly. I was nervous at first since there weren’t any reviews on this laptop yet but it is great so far! No scratches or sign of wear and tear. Definitely worth the price.

Our daughter never thought once about whether the computer was new or refurbished. She is still enjoying the computer. Matter of fact, I am planning on purchasing an air Mac laptop for me in the very near future. Best Buy is the place to go for your computer needs. No jokes.

Needed a mac top to help me get through school. I have apple products so makes it easier. I’ve owned a macbook before so I know how to navigate it. A few dents, battery isn’t impressive but it does the job. I’d recommend it to anyone who isn’t a spoiled brat.

Laptop was great but then the battery went bad after one week. I asked for them to just replace the battery and I would keep it and they said they could not get that type of battery new now so they could not offer that option. I would have preferred to keep it and have battery added. I will not purchase the refurb laptop again.

Very happy. Product arrived well packaged and ready to use. No issues at all.

After a year the computer won't turn on. Geek squad said that is probably the video board and that I need to buy a new computer.

I really liked my macbook pro & wish didn't use toward a trade in for a laptop-should have kept it. I'm now looking back into getting another macbook pro

Would have been a great computer for a great deal except that when I bought it the ram was already malfunctioning. I ran diagnostics and found out the RAM was faulty out of the gate. The computer was also dirty when I received it. I had to return the computer because I didn't trust that other things wouldn't also go wrong and I need the computer to actually be able to do school work. Will not buy any of their supposed "Refurbished" computers again.
