It works for what I need. Would be happier if it could connect to other devices as advertised,it’s to old to update so programs on other won’t work on it.

Dissapointing

Tried all suggested button combinations several times with no success. Battey indicator showed full charge plugged in and unplugged. Was able to get unit to boot and set up but after powering off, no boot. Returned for a refund. Not what I expected for certified refurbish.

Worst laptop ever

Please do not buy refurbished if you can help it. The laptop lags. I have to force restart it everyday. Programs don't open or take 10-20 minutes to load. The computer continues to freeze. I wish I had returned this.

Waste of money and my time
