Had to return because could not update the OS high enough to do what I needed for school. Great machine otherwise. Fast, clean, powerful. If an older OS will work for your needs, it's a great price.

Just received this about 3 days ago and it seems to be working just fine. Was also able to upgrade to the newest OS system and it's still working just fine. Only thing is, it came with a weird smell perhaps this is from the fan? Otherwise, everything is all good as of now. Will update if anything goes wrong.

I was uneasy buying a refurbished computer and spending this much, but I was able to add a 3 year warranty so I gave it a try. It looks very close to new. I have not quite gotten used to all the Mac differences, but hating Microsoft I am trying to migrate from PC.

If this computer was refurbished I did not find any evidence that it had been refurbished. It was not updated to the most current version of IOS, Catalina. Further the biggest problem is after about three days the computer would lock up and the computer would beep three times every 10 seconds. I had to search the internet to find out how to unlock the computer and stop the beeping. I had to unlock the computer and turn off the beeping. Once I had to open the case and pull out the ram and reinsert the RAM. The problem seems to be the RAM does not stay in place. This problem should have identified during the refurbishment process. I returned the computer because I did not want to solve this problem. The computer should have been scrapped before I bought it. It needs to be scrapped now

I bought this machine to replace one in which I had lost the logic board. It is refurbished and is working well.

Being a Sophomore in college very useful for my needs at this time

it worked fine, but the fact that I had to download the latest IOS took up a lot of storage.

Not good....yiu have to leave the computer plugged up with the cord...the screen flickers and it cuts off when using it.... not up to date... been a lot of issues with it....was bought fir school and is unable to use for school for on line classes very disappointing

This has been a perfect addition. With the covid.... we needed another computer to help out with all the school work and work from home. Using for about 3 months now... without any problems. Works great - very reliable.

Great deal on a preowned 2012 MacBook Pro. Mine came with a small dent in it but that dent doesn’t affect the overall functionality at all.

Never buy pre own again it works like new for 30 days and then the problem began

First I didn’t no what to expect when getting refurbished but it been about a week an everything works great smooth thank you

This product isn’t worth spending the money for every of it already is pre owned. Just received my MacBook and the keyboard doesn’t even work
