  • Crappiest Computer I’ve ever bought

    Wish I never purchased this. Within 36 hours of receiving the computer, the charger stopped working. It’s not compatible for my daughter to do her school work. Now, the mouse pad barely works. Would love to through it in the trash. Called 5-6 times to get assistance from Best Buy. I just wanted and thought it was appropriate for then to send a new charger. No one wanted to help me. I was told I had to return EVERYTHING. Had it known at that point how crappy the laptop was, I would have. I had to give a 1 star because it wouldn’t let leave 0.

    This MacBook was an affordable option since new MacBooks are exorbitant. Got it for my daughter since her Chromebook is not compatible with some of the browsers her online classes use. The only problem is the OS is outdated (10 yrs old) so things like Disney+ will not work because the browser is not compatible. All in all, happy with the purchase.

    Not worth it, wouldn’t update said it was too old of a system sad to pay so much for apple products and they can’t update
