Looks pretty banged up

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought fully refurbished would mean that they changed the outer shell at least but it’s very clearly been used, dented, scratched, dirty like it hadn’t even been wiped down with a cleaning cloth. It glitches when i open and close the screen too. It also did not come with a cleaning cloth like specified. Pretty disappointed in this purchase, I feel like i got it from a garage sale site and not a company like Best Buy.

Needed a lot of updating when I first got it but once done it works great! Only a couple scratches, but I got a case and you’d never know. Slower than a new one, but works good for what I need it for.
