    Computer does not work. I bought two and neither of them are working well. My daughter had to update hers out of the box and it would not take the update because it was so old, which meant that it was useless to her because she could not download Microsoft Word without it. Now, it will not come on at all. It was refurbished, but you would think that either Apple or Best Buy would honor their product by fixing the problem. Neither of them would. I am livid! I will NEVER buy another product from Best Buy and APPLE can forget me buying another product of theirs as well. This is unfortunate because our family loves technology. However, paying this much money for two and have them not work correctly is aggravating. I should have sent them back, but we thought that we could get them working later- so much for that thought! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A NEW ONE OR NOT AT ALL!

    I had this refurbished model, which is just like my old one, for one hour. It kept freezing up. I returned at my local store. I will never buy refurbished again.
