    The online tech recommended a refurbished MacBook that was obsolete without informing me. When my daughter received it for Christmas it would not stay connected to the internet. After spending an hour on the phone with apple it was determined there was something wrong internally and I would have to spend out of pocket to take to a third party dealer to fix.

    I purchased this as a starter laptop for my daughter in high school. Tried and tried to set up. The screen kept going black and it just would not complete the set up process. When it says "preowned" it doesn't always mean its been inspected and ok to sell. This laptop should not have been resold. Just don't purchase a preowned apple. Just don't do it. Take my advice, invest the extra cash and get one brand new. I returned it, got a full refund and she picked out something else. I have purchased a 15" top of the line macbook pro and love love it. Never had any issues. Going on 2 years with it now. Apple products are great. Just don't purchase a "preowned" and you don't know what it went through previously. Its a waste of time and money. Just buy new!

    Laptop is amazing. Refurbished but no scratches, bumps, looks brand new. However, the charger sparks every time you attempt to plug in. Contacted apple and Best Buy couldn’t get any help
