Not what I expect from Best Buy or Apple

Great laptop

Refurbished not what it was cracked up to be

It was to outdated and old to be useful and I had to return it because I was unable to download items for my sons school.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this at the end of May 2018. By end of August 2018, computer won't turn on at all. Geek Squad won't work on it, Apple says they can't work on it either, customer support says they can't do anything about it - they literally hung up on me. I have a $700 paperweight that nobody can fix and they won't allow a return. They've lost a long-time customer.
