Good laptop but battery sucks for this year model

She likes it and uses it everyday. The only problem with this model is the battery. After two year, the battery capacity dropped to 80%. I search only and saw Apple reimbursed money for it; but my laptop serial number was not in the range.

Not as thrilled as I had hoped

Although nothing is wrong with this laptop, it certainly is not the best computer. I was disappointed with the support from BestBuy. After many calls, they finally connected me to Apple support, which is what I use now for any issue. I have concluded that Mac customers (over)pay for the Apple brand.

Great laptop however ..

However I got “excellent” condition open box and it had someone else’s personal info on it, which makes me very skeptical to trade in my old laptop. If I knew I was getting a laptop Best Buy didn’t bother to wipe out, I would of purchased from Apple. They clearly don’t have respect for ones privacy.

Overpriced mediocre laptop...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.To think that $1400 gets you a 2 gen old dual-core processor tells you how strong Apple's influence is on the common denominator. Even Best Buy is forced to sell the Apple Care instead of their Geek Squad extended warranty which is what I usually get. I got this for my high schooler since they are laughed at if they don't have the MBP. Sign of times, nothing you can do. The only positive on this computer is the USB-C/ Thunderbolt 3 which can keep the product relevant providing the hardware does not go first. Apple is definitely in retrograde stage and more is expected with Cooke at the helm.

Good quality but often kill my house wifi
