I got lucky with open box item. I knew I wanted a new MacBook with larger screen and more usb c ports. I was patient to look at latest model and then compare them with open box items and seeing the price differences. I saw this one with the more power cpu, quad core, and 256 memory. I need a quad core to use the virtual background on zoom and this one was there best value! I love open box prices if you are patient and can study the differences. :)

I had a MacBook previously which need to be replaced as it was getting older and slower. Bought this from BestBuy on sale and I already love it. It's much faster and the picture quality is great along with a much longer battery life. It is sleeker, lighter, and smaller which makes it easy to carry during traveling. The retina display makes the screen beautiful. Overall I like this new MacBook.

I thought it was gunna be just normal when I unblocked it but having it for a month now I realize I can’t live without it

I love Apple products so its no surprise to me that I would love this laptop. My favorite feature is the touch bar at the top of the keyboard. Laptop is sleek and light weight. Only drawback is the new UCB-C ports. I knew this when I purchased it but I know everything will eventually be USB-c so I'm banking on the future. I had to purchase an extra accessory to use regular USB ports but it wasn't expensive. So far been happy with this decision.

The MacBook Pro 13" with 4 USB-C ports is a really nice Mac laptop. Screen's beautiful, runs well, accurate big trackpad, and the keyboard is good (vs. the reviews/concerns about the keyboard). It's compact and it feels great. I recommend the MacBook Pro 13" with the 4 USB-C ports vs. the models with the 2 USB-C ports; you'll find uses for the 2 extra USB-C ports. Wish it was cheaper, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The 13” display is fantastic. Not too big just the right size and so easy to use. Touchbar is amazing!

I love love love this laptop. The set up was easy and quick and with the touch bar it makes it so convenient to use a fingerprint to login into password accounts. I am very happy with my purchase and as always Best Buy makes it a wonderful experience from selection to check out. I would absolutely recommend both the laptop and Best Buy as your retailer.

Changed from a 15” due to size. Snappy so far, weight is good and screen is big enough.

Slim lightweight fast, charges quickly, maintains battery

I recently upgraded from a 2014 MacBook Air to the 13" MacBook Pro with the 2.4ghz quad core processor, 8GB Ram and 256GB of SSD storage. Major upgrade! I am a photography hobbyist and primary use my MacBook to edit and store photos, searching the web and email. The retina display is gorgeous, plenty of processing power for editing photos and the build is typical Apple quality. The jury is still out on the butterfly keyboard though, I prefer the scissor type keyboard. I also like how seamlessly the MacBook interacts with my iPad and iPhone. I'm pleased with my purchase and would have no problem recommending this MacBook to family and friends.

I had a Surface 4 and was looking for a Surface Laptop. I’m so happy I elected to go back to Mac for my doctoral program. The machine is very fast, allowing me to run robust programs without phasing the processor. The machine looks sleek, beautiful and most importantly gets the job Done. There are cheaper machines out there but I stand affirmed that you get what you pay for.

I needed to bite the bullet and get a new laptop...I love it! Super fast and ultra light. I’m glad I upgraded to the 256 GB. I don’t expect to buy another one anytime soon so it was a great investment! Anthony was a great help and we opened a Best Buy card with 0% for 2 Years!
