Customer Ratings & Reviews

After working in the Apple environment since my masters degree days (since 2007), I tried switching back to a PC. Although the PC I got was excellent (Lenovo Yoga Book 9i), it still did not compare to the quality I was used to with Apple products. Thankfully, I am a Best Buy Total member, which enabled me to return the PC within 60 days. I spent around $2,000 on the Lenovo 9i. If I weren't a Total member, the trade-in value for the PC would have been <$400 -- a potential loss of >$1600!!! I returned the 9i and gratefully resumed my relationship with Apple. I am glad I did. The MBP with the new M-series chips are screaming fast and enable me to run multiple high-capacity programs at once without crashing, like PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Figma. Plus, the trade-in values on Apple products will ALWAYS be strong, especially compared to Windows products. Additionally, I love the fully functional integrations of Apple products. It makes it convenient to work between my iMac, MBP, iPad, iPhone, and even my Apple Watch UItra.

The MacBook Pro with the M3 chip is a game-changer in the laptop market. Right from the start, its performance impresses; the M3 handles everything from everyday tasks to intensive applications like video editing with ease. The battery life is outstanding, lasting up to 18 hours, which is a huge advantage for anyone who works on the go. The Retina display is another highlight, offering vibrant colors and crisp details that make images and videos pop. The design remains sleek and premium, with a solid aluminum chassis that feels durable. The keyboard is comfortable for long typing sessions, and the trackpad is large and responsive, enhancing navigation. macOS runs smoothly, and the integration with the M3 chip means apps are optimized for the best performance. Overall, the MacBook Pro M3 is an excellent choice for professionals and creatives who need reliability and power in a portable package. Whether you're editing videos, designing graphics, or just browsing the web, this laptop handles it all beautifully. If you’re looking for a high-performance machine, the M3 Pro is definitely worth considering.

“The MacBook M3 Pro delivers exceptional performance with its blazing-fast M3 Pro chip, stunning display, and all-day battery life. It’s perfect for demanding tasks like video editing, coding, or multitasking, all while being lightweight and sleek in design. Although it comes with a premium price, its power and efficiency make it worth every penny. Highly recommended for professionals and creatives who need a reliable, high-performance machine.” “Incredible speed, sleek design, and amazing battery life!”

I recently purchased the Apple MacBook Pro 14" laptop with the M3 Pro chip, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in nearly every way. Equipped with 18GB of memory and a 14-core GPU, this device has been nothing short of a powerhouse for both my professional and personal computing needs. The standout feature for me has been the M3 Pro chip's ability to handle multiple high-demand applications simultaneously without any lag. As a software developer, I frequently run code editors, virtual machines, and graphics software all at once, and this MacBook handles them effortlessly. The 512GB SSD is speedy, significantly reducing boot and load times, and enhancing my workflow efficiency. Aesthetically, the space black finish is sleek and gives the laptop a very modern and professional look. The display is sharp and vibrant, perfect for photo and video editing tasks. I have found the color accuracy particularly impressive, which is essential for my design work. However, no product is without its flaws. One downside I've noticed is the battery life; it doesn't quite meet my expectations for a laptop of this caliber, especially when running intensive applications. It requires frequent charging, which can be a bit of a setback during long work sessions away from a power source. In conclusion, the MacBook Pro 14" with M3 Pro chip is an excellent choice for professionals looking for a robust, high-performance laptop. While the battery life could be improved, the pros far outweigh this minor con. If you're in the market for a reliable, high-powered laptop, this model should definitely be on your list.

After years of using a 2017 MacBook Pro, I finally upgraded to the new 14-inch model with the M3 Pro chip. It's a night and day difference! The performance is incredible, the 512GB SSD is plenty of space, and the Space Black color looks amazing. The 14-inch Retina display is perfect for creative work, and the battery life is amazing. Plus, the variety of ports makes it easy to connect to peripherals. If you're looking for a powerful and stylish laptop, this is the one!

I got this for the best price. The lowest in the market during this holiday season. The M3 pro performance is excellent with the HIGH end 18GB RAM, the performance is unmatchable. I bought this for my son who is in 11th grade. It is sleek and very light weight. He was using windows dell laptop before , I would say he really liked this and I was very happy when I saw so much happiness on n him.

As a professional photographer, I was blown away by the M3 Pro MacBook Pro 14-inch. Editing massive RAW files in Lightroom is lightning-fast. The display's colors and accuracy are phenomenal. Battery life gets me through a full day of shoots. It's expensive, yes, but for demanding work, this machine is an absolute beast. Touchscreen would be nice, but that's my only nitpick. Overall, it revolutionized my workflow and is worth every penny!

This laptop is worth a single penny. I mostly use it for processing my photos on photoshop and lightroom and for general browsing. Processing speed is just amazing. GBs of photo took less than a minute to convert and export to disk. For browsing i have charged only once since the time I bought this. And thanks to apple for launching in black color. It looks super sexy. Another good thing is charging cable has fabric coating so no issues of getting cuts

I bought this MacBook Pro almost two years ago from Best Buy after my old MacBook Air crashed during my first year of medical school. At the time it felt like a huge and unexpected expense, but looking back it was probably one of the best investments I made for school. Medical school today is almost completely digital. Most textbooks are large PDFs, lectures are streamed live or recorded, notes are electronic, and I am constantly switching between apps. I also study with friends on Discord while screen sharing, sometimes with my webcam on, while music is playing in the background. During the semester my laptop easily runs 12+ hours a day. This MacBook Pro handles all of it without slowing down. Even when I have multiple apps open, videos running, and several tabs going at the same time, it still runs smoothly. I also connect it to an external monitor, use Bluetooth headphones, and store files on an external SSD and OneDrive. Almost two years later it still feels as fast and reliable as the day I bought it. The trade-in value I received at Best Buy helped make the upgrade possible, and the whole experience made the purchase much less stressful as a student. My hope is that this laptop keeps going strong and lasts me through the rest of medical school and into residency. If it can survive the workload of medical school, it can probably handle almost anything.

This MacBook Pro 14” with M3 Pro chip is an absolute game-changer. The performance is lightning-fast, handling intense tasks with ease, and the Space Black finish is stunning. With its sharp XDR display, exceptional battery life, and top-notch build quality, it’s worth every penny for professionals and creatives alike. Highly recommended for anyone needing a powerful, reliable laptop!

As a student, the MacBook Pro 14” has been an excellent laptop that balances power and efficiency. It has been a serious game changer for me in school. It’s perfect for multitasking, whether I’m switching between writing papers, researching online, streaming lectures, or running different applications. The display quality is sharp and professional, and the speakers deliver rich, clear sound—great for online classes or listening to music while studying. The long-lasting battery means I can carry it through a full day of classes without worrying about charging. Overall, it’s an effective, high-quality device that has made schoolwork so much easier and more enjoyable.

I use a 16” MacBook Pro M3 Max for work and own a 14” MacBook Pro M3 Pro for personal use and it’s an impressive machine. It’s zippy, has amazing speakers, and an amazing picture. This was an upgrade from my 2015 MacBook Pro and it’s night and day difference. With the use I give it, it lasts me a week on a charge. The color makes it a plus.

I absolutely love the MacBook Pro M3! The screen quality is stunning, and the overall performance, powered by Apple’s intelligent systems, is exceptional. The battery backup is impressive, giving me hours of uninterrupted work. I also adore the sleek design and color. It fits perfectly with my development needs, making it a great choice for professionals like me.

Beautiful, beautiful laptop, the colors are so deep, and pictures are hyper-realistic! Works fast! And plays sound super loud! I love knowing I have a compact, super computer on hand whenever I need it! I am so happy with the design and color, and the Touch ID is a nice touch, aswell! Really satisfied with my purchase.

Great Laptop!, My previous mac computer was an Intel based and the difference with the Apple Silicon is enormous. Battery Life is like more than 1 day without plugging it, Screen looks like the iPhone retina display, keyboard way better and I like a lot the silver color

An amazing package packed inside. Recommend this over the base M3 MacBook Pro, due to more ram, cpu/gpu core, SSD. Space Black looks great in person. Screen size and quality is much preferred over the 13 inch M3 MacBook Air, which I swapped out for. 120hz refresh rate and Mini LED display very much appreciated as well.

Macbook has come a long way…it able to do basically everything you need. Games from the app store do overheat the MacBook (Resident Evil demo) like after 30-60 minutes, it does not have heavy lag, but mouse is recommended, nothing wrong w/ touchpad for regular use. Charger is very nice braided cord(black if you bought Midnight one), the charging block is always white and you can’t change the plug(adapter) of block like the one back in 2015. 3 USB Type c ports that can be used to charge the laptop or other device and possibly connect to devices. One HDMI cable, headphone jack, micro-card reader, and the MagSafe charging port. No face Id, only Touch…also uncomfortably a bit heavy, but manageable. 18gb unified ram probably should be minimum, but as always more ram is always better for multitasking. Display can get very bright, could be useful during a sunny day you choose to work outside.

The MacBook Pro with the M3 Pro chip is fantastic! It’s super fast, handles everything smoothly, and the battery lasts all day. The display looks amazing, and it’s quiet and cool, even when running heavier tasks. Perfect balance of power and portability.

This is an excellent unit for anyone transitioning to Apple silicon. I came from a late 2019 MacBook Pro (Same price point) and this thing runs circles around it in terms of performance. And battery life? Not even in the same league! I last charged this thing to 80% while visiting my wife in the hospital, and after a full day of working from her room I'm down to 50%! You can't find that performance anywhere else! I would recommend getting this model, and not the 8GB RAM lower tier ones. If you're running more than a few programs, it gets eaten quickly. I'm currently using 12.5 GB with just Safari, Mail, Discord, AnyDesk, and Zoom running. I don't think I'd benefit much from a higher tier of MacBook, but for me this one hits that sweet spot of performance, battery life, and value! Get it on sale!

I recently purchased the MacBook Pro with the M3 Pro chip from Best Buy, and I’m incredibly impressed with the performance and overall experience. The laptop is sleek, powerful, and perfect for handling heavy workloads like video editing, graphic design, and multitasking. The M3 Pro chip noticeably boosts speed, making even demanding applications run smoothly. The Retina display is stunning with its vibrant colors and sharp resolution, which enhances both work and entertainment. Battery life is also exceptional—I can go almost an entire day without needing to recharge. The purchasing experience at Best Buy was smooth. The staff was knowledgeable, and the process was quick and hassle-free. I highly recommend both the MacBook Pro M3 Pro and Best Buy for anyone looking for a premium laptop with excellent customer service.
