Can’t download anything useful from the App Store because the OS is too old. Seems planned. Slow and glitchy, music playing in background would skip when using simple apps like messages etc. Apple letting me down.

Received a defective product

However, when I received the laptop, I couldn’t even get past the startup screen because almost all of the buttons on the key pad didn’t work. Needless to say, I was very frustrated. The reason why this is getting one star is strictly because of the product. Otherwise, the employees I spoke to at my local Best Buy were great. They took the laptop back with no issues, and I was able to apply the amount I originally paid towards a new MacBook Air. I love my new laptop and am much happier with this purchase.

Apple Macbook Pro Refurbished

If only I could exhange it for a new one then just pay the remaining balance whatever the price of the new macbook pro so that my daughter have something to use in the Philippines.
