I've spent a lot of money with Best Buy, I purchased this MacBook Pro 30 days ago, within two weeks the after market power pack stop working, I called customer service and they referred me to the store, the geek squad was very helpful but she couldn't help because the charger isn't a apple charger, she referred me back to customer service, One rep tells me to go back to the store, hangs up on me, another rep lies and says she'll have a supervisor call me, no call, call back the rep who hung up on me answered and hangs up on me again, I did a chat session with Wynn she transfers me to Francis K. she tells me go to the store. I ask for her supervisor. I'm referred to Vicky G. she promises to help me then we're disconnected. Best Buy's customer service is the worst service I've ever experienced! I'm writing corporate next. all of this just for a charger that's faulty? I'll be canceling my Best Buy credit card ASAP. I rather shop with a company that's going to stand by their products, I still have one year service and labor coverage on this item. SHAME ON BEST BUY

We were looking for a low cost alternative for a new computer. This is by far an amazing deal. It came in quickly and looks and works like a brand new one.

I didn't expect it to be a used macbook, I was surprised and disappointed. i was expecting an officially refurbished one from apple which was supposed to be new. in addition, the charger was not original and, of course, broke immediately the next day, of course, the store refused to return the money. but the worst thing is that I waited for the purchase for more than a month and a half. I ordered for the first time, waited for several weeks, but the parcel did not arrive, it got lost, no one warned me, I just waited in vain for another week, no one told me anything and did not write that the parcel was lost, so that I could issue it again. I have met such irresponsibility. I was upset because I waited for him for a long time, the tech support did not help me with anything, except to tell me to wait, and the consultant said that it was his birthday, I don’t understand why. it is a pity that you do not understand that I urgently needed a macbook and you did not try to come to the meeting, I asked for compensation for the lost time, but nothing. asked me to place the order again, and they didn’t help me either. I went to the store, arranged everything for the purchase again, and again had to wait several weeks, and again it did not arrive at the specified time. then picked it up and was disappointed that it was already used. so I am very disappointed with the service and responsiveness of the Best Buy store

Love this MacBook Pro. I switched from an Acer that I loved - but this is so much better. Bought refurbished but runs like new. It’s only been several days since I’ve received it but it seems to work perfectly. I hated that it did not come in apple packaging but that’s something I can get over considering the price

Terrible customer service they sent me a used but did not clear the person’s previous information off the computer had to buy a whole new computer for more money they would not match the price and it was there mistake Geeksquad was rude when we first came to the store. Overall like the laptop but terrible customer service

I bought this refurbished devise and it kept overheating, the charge ports stop working and when I went to the geek squad the gentlemen there informed me the motherboard was fried so I returned it with no problem

Shipped with a generic, faulty charger. Would not charger the laptop. Best Buy was unwilling to offer a credit after I purchased an Apple branded power adaptor and cable to prove that the one it shipped with was the problem. I wouldn't buy from Best Buy again.

Great display, loud, functioning as it should. I miss not having a touch screen but it does exactly what you’d want it to do.

This MacBook is just like new. The large screen makes it so much easier to see what I am doing. The processing power is great.

Even though not the latest model. This mac was in prestine condition and everything operating. No complaints.

The computer sometimes throws an error code and shuts down. The charger they sent me with the computer over heated and melted while I was charging my computer at work. It wasn’t an apple charger. If I’m spending the amount of money I am on this refurbished computer I should be getting an apple charging product as well not some knock off. The computer works when it works but when it doesn’t it’s crap. Not to mention The battery dies way to quick. If you purchase from Best Buy get a warranty.
