Got this MacBook Pro with Retina display when it was on sale with the student discount which made this deal really really really good and affordable. The thing I like the most about Apple products especially MacBooks are that they last a long time, they are pricey but you get what you pay for. I've owned this machine now for a little over a month and I have nothing but good things to say about it. If you are looking for a good laptop, look no further, get this one!

This Mac is great computer because there have a lot of stuff in it. Easy to use and very good software. I don't need any worry about future.

I bought my MacBook Pro originally to replace my old pc. I became so frustrated with it's slow performance and lagging. When I went to best buy I saw the apple kiosk. I've always liked the way they looked so I stopped to ask the guy about them. He told me it would be the easiest thing I've ever used, not to mention much quicker than my old one. And sure enough he was right. Everything just works with you instead of fighting you the entire time.

A really good laptop bought it for my brother to use for college school work and little gaming he loves it looks amazing with the beautiful display runs great and a good amount of memory

Mac is incredible, pricey, but well worth it. This laptop works so fast and is easy to navigate; not like windows 8. Bought this for business purposes, wish I'd done this sooner. All apple devices are compatible with each other. Makes life so much easier with pictures,videos, and contacts.

The solid state on this compute makes it worth the inconvenience of not having a cd drive. I feel safe carrying it everywhere and not worrying that something will mess up internally. The Retina display provides such great clarity and makes everything pop with color. Photo editing is awesome. Love making movies with pictures I've downloaded. Tons of great already installed features.

Got this computer for my 13 year old daughter for Christmas. She loves it. Battery seams to last forever. Display is awesome. She hooks it up to her TV with HDMI and uses that to watch her Itunes movies. One thing to consider when buying though is that the hard drive and ram aren't upgradeable. So if you're on the fence the next model up.

Apple computer is a great lap top for the new college student. Bought it for my son as a graduation gift, he really loves it.

I bought this as a convenient laptop to use while watching TV. It has outstanding battery life and wireless reception. I got the retina display because even using reading glasses the text is clearer on the retina display. It's my first mac and it works great. The only real problem is I keep trying to swipe the touch pad on windows now!

Boot up and access internet much faster Than my PC and linux machines. Retina display is Great. Key board is smaller than my PC And needed Getting used too.

I was needing another laptop and decided to give the Mac a try. I'd previously owned a gateway and toshiba and have to admit the saying "you get what you pay for" is very accurate pertaining to this purchase! It was easy to set up, perfect navigation and the retina display is an added bonus. Thanks Best Buy!

This laptop starts up fast has a great screen and like any laptop, is portable. Overall best deal for us in Apple laptops. We use it for programming pages for the Cricut Expression and plan to use in conjunction with a Canon DSLR and Celestron telescope for astrophotography. The long battery life will aid in extended photo sessions where there will not be any ac power available.

This laptop does not disappoint! Bought for my son going to graduate school. His college entry apple laptop still works perfectly, but decided to give him an upgrade. Apple is a bit pricey, but they last "forever", do not "crash", fast, easy to use...I can go on forever! Great laptop for students!

I use this laptop attached to an external large screen display for my graphic design business. I love the touch pad capabilities. Its fast even when I am running several programs and streaming music at the same time. I do wish it had more USB ports though. It was so easy to transfer files from my old laptop to this one over my network. Its fast. Its light weight.

I've been a MacBook Pro user for several years, and chose to upgrade to this version for the new Retina Display feature. I love that this version is slightly lighter than my previous MacBook - I'm constantly on the move, so the fact that it's almost a pound lighter makes a huge difference!

All of my internet accessible devices are Apple products. From phones, to desktop to laptop nothing even comes close. We were averaging a new PC desktop or laptop every couple of years and were always having to replace whether it be bad hardware, software or viruses. We have had MAC's for 4 years now and not one issue..repeat...NOT ONE! Spend a little extra for a MAC, you will not regret. Wonderful product. Do spend some money on the software to use both PC and IOS programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint then you are set to go!!!

I debated on getting this computer for a long time. The only thing that kept me away was the price. I went to my local best buy and got an open box item for $300 off. I am so glad I bought the computer because the retina display is awesome and it's so lightweight and portal. As a college student I would recommend to anyone who is debating on it!
