I narrowed down my list of three computers. This Mac, the HP Spectre, and a Toshiba. This computer is great. Fast, great graphics, and now being all Apple is awesome. Very intuitive and user friendly.

I really like my MacBook Pro. I’ve had it for a year now and I love taking it with me wherever I go. It’s fast and I have documents at my fingertips when ever I need them. Easy to use and I like that I can move from room to room and work.

The retina display is great and the speed is great. macBook can be alittle confusing if not used to one. I would recommend the additional Apple support. Apple is fabulous if you need to call them!!

She uses this for work, photos, Rosetta Stone and social media. She absolutely loves it so far with a few minor quirks, but those are mostly growing pains with getting a Mac. I am not a Mac person, I don't like it. It works perfect for her simple use.

i have a long ways to go before I learn all the in's and out's of this computer but am SO in love with EVERYTHING so far. I can not get over how clear the picture is! its so light and the size is right on target! it's all I need! Love the layout and keyboard!

I have always been a PC person, so this is my first try at a Mac. I was extremely nervous about it at first, but that was gone very quickly. I love the ease of use, the power in this computer, and the battery life cannot be beat. Overall, excellent purchase!

As a graphic designer, this product is great. I didn't want a 15" because I carry my laptop around but the screen is still large enough for me to view complex details I create when designing. Coming from a PC, I think the battery life is absolutely amazing.

Great laptop for my needs. Easy to setup and has a beautiful display. Took a little getting used to since I am a PC user, but it's a great laptop so far.

outstanding battery life, great screen, great lightweight feeling. i am a HUGE apple user, and honestly my main concern with getting this laptop was that it doesn't have a CD drive, but that hasn't been a problem since almost nothing requires it anymore.

This computer is very fast when running a programs. I also enjoy how light lt is on my back. I also enjoy how great the screen is.

I received the money for this gift for graduating from University. My father received a few well meaning but inquisitive/perplexed look from family members as to why I needed a $1500+ laptop when you could buy them for under $300. Without too much explanation, it was obvious they didn't quite understand the clear superiority of Apple machines compared to other Window's models. MacBook Pro's are ahead of their game and until something comes along that is even close to their magnitude, I'll only ever recommend them to those looking for superior performance and long-lasting value.

I'm new to the Mac OS so I can't review the OS but rather I'll comment on the laptop itself. It is light, excellent display, impressive battery life, good keyboard (it is not mushy or too clicky, I'm sure that does not make sense) the mag safe port charger is excellent! Two USB 3.0 is nice, hdmi, it's not much but it's enough. More so than most people will need. The metal finish is nice, just be careful you don't scratch it up with a metal watch, rings etc. As my first Mac it's an excellent product.

Great battery life, sturdy design. My only issue is that the scree is not purw white. I adjusted the color settings but still the whites are just a little off. Other than that its a great laptop.

As a first-time Mac user, I'm very pleased with this computer! Easy to use, beautiful resolution, can't say enough good about it. Very happy with the purchase and think it's well worth the price.

I bought this MacBook Pro for my daughter who will be going to college soon. It is the perfect size for carrying around and has plenty of power to perform her everyday tasks. The screen is beautiful and the laptop itself feels well-built and solid.

The lure of Apple products exists for a reason. This laptop is not only powerful and fast, it's beautiful to look at! I wanted something to that I could edit my digital photos on, and I got so much more! Spend the extra money and invest in Apple!

I was debating between the new MacBooks with Retina Display and the Macbook Pro. I didn't like the feel of the new Macbook keyboards, so I decided on the Pro. The Pro has such a smooth design, but still maintains a fairly thin and light-weight feel.

The Macbook Pro hasn't changed very much in the last 3 years, but maybe that's because Apple has struck the right balance of power, size and features. I'm very happy with my new laptop. The screen is gorgeous and apps launch quickly and smoothly.

I am currently a senior in college and this laptop was a necessity for my final year and going forward into my career. It is the ideal balance of portability and power. As with any Apple product, it has been meticulously crafted with the utmost precision. Fortunately for me, I was able to score an unreal price for the 256GB configuration. Do not hesitate to make the investment as it will pay dividends well into the future.
