Versatile device. I am enjoying my IPad very much. It takes excellent photos. I use the zoom program regularly and am happy with the audio and video functions. I’m using a file folder to store my PowerPoints, PDFs and Word documents. I enjoy getting texts on the IPad as well. So far I am satisfied.

I love it, I originally purchased the Logitech equivalent and I returned it because I did not like how it functioned. The apple one is well worth the extra money, it blow the Logitech one out of the water.

The keyboard would help overheated. Super overheated that the electronic got burned without ky awareness, until cleaned. That’s definitely dangerous. Pro apple products exception of this keyboard. The keypad would not connect good with Microsoft word, would struggle to type.

I ordered this in excellent condition, which per best buy website states works and looks like new in original packages . What I recieved had been a display model for 15 months. You could visibly see where labels used to be, well as multiple sets of finger prints and either, blood nail polish or lipstick. Also, no original packaging, instructions or asscesiories as listed. Best Buy customer service as being bad would be an understatement. The agent refused to even transfer me to supervisor
