I ordered this in excellent condition, which per best buy website states works and looks like new in original packages . What I recieved had been a display model for 15 months. You could visibly see where labels used to be, well as multiple sets of finger prints and either, blood nail polish or lipstick. Also, no original packaging, instructions or asscesiories as listed. Best Buy customer service as being bad would be an understatement. The agent refused to even transfer me to supervisor

The item was absolutely opposite from my expectations - I honestly thought that excellent open box item means an almost new with original box product. Too far - no box, no charger, a lot of signs of usage and dirt. I am returning it tomorrow.

Let me start by saying that I purchased this keyboard case for $200 brand new on sale from BestBuy. It’s very well made and I think that this makes me feel like I have a much more expensive tablet that can replace a laptop for my use case. I do have a custom built windows gaming desktop that I use and I use my iPad A16 with this case when I’m on the go. It’s honestly incredible how much work you can get done on an iPad nowadays. This doesn’t add much protection to the tablet when the keyboard isn’t attached, but it will offer good protection if you have the keyboard attached and clamshelled. I love how I can disconnect the keyboard and use it as a tablet with the back protected. I did install a screen protector as soon as I unboxed the iPad. Please also keep in mind that if you purchase apple care +, you will get the keyboard case protected as well. TLDR: This case doesn’t offer the best protection, but it will get the job done. Buy this, if you want to get real work done. The keyboard and trackpad feel great to use.

While it's a little expensive, this is the sleekest looking and functioning keyboard case available for the iPad 10. I wish I was available in more colors as I was worried about it becoming discolored and dirty, but so far that hasn't happened. I like that the keyboard is detachable when holding the iPad or just propping up to watch videos using the stand only. The keyboard feels very good, easy to type on despite the size, and the full function row is appreciated.

The Apple Magic Keyboard Folio for the 10.9-inch iPad delivers a premium typing and trackpad experience, with solid build quality and seamless Smart Connector support — no charging or Bluetooth pairing needed. The two-piece design adds flexibility, letting you detach the keyboard when you just need a stand. Downsides: it’s expensive, lacks backlit keys, offers limited drop protection, and can feel bulky. If you mostly do email, docs, or travel work, it’s great; for casual use or low-light typing, cheaper alternatives may make more sense.

The typing experience is awesome. The keys feel excellent with just the right amount of travel. I love the fact the keyboard separates from the iPad to be flipped around when using the iPad in portrait mode. It is also removable for using in Portrait mode, or media consumption while in land scape mode. It fits the iPad very well without adding a ton of weight. The keyboard has a row of function keys, a feature not found on the even more expensive Magic Keyboard. The downsides of the keyboard is it’s a bit wiggly when using as a case. Another downside is the lack of backlighting. For the price of this keyboard the keys should have backlighting. Keep in mind this keyboard only works with the IPad 10, but given the typing experience it will be a great accessory for a lot of people. I’m giving it 5 stars because while it’s expensive, the typing experience is better that the even more expensive Magic Keyboard, and again, even the Magic Keyboard doesn’t come with a row of function keys at the time of this review.

This keyboard is such a great accessory in many ways. Being able to connect it to an iPad allows for quicker response time for correspondence purposes such as written documents, email, and other related tasks. This also allows convenience for times where another device is not available, or time and location may be a factor. The magnetic connection provides a physical security while portable. It also creates full coverage to the screen giving great protection while stored.

This Apple - Magic Keyboard folio for iPad is excellent. Light, sleek and pleas to the eye. Super easy to use. The only potential negative would be that it is white. Therefore, I would not recommend for a mechanic to use in his shop.

Love this Magic Keyboard. A must have with an iPad if you like to work from anywhere and use a keyboard. The device stays put. It’s lightweight, durable and reliable! The salesperson recommended the black color, as the white can get smudged or dirty, but it does wipe off well with a cloth.

Kids love the keyboard, but it doesn't feel very secure if you're trying to carry it like you would an open laptop with the iPad up and open. Overall, a good product. I like to purchase matching Apple products for my other Apple products. It also wipes down easily and goes back to its bright white color.

Love the touch of the keyboard, and the fact that it is easy to clean. Magnetic is good/bad for me. Good in that it is easy, but the key board part does not always stay on when flipped back to use as just touch screen. Quality made item, but better than an off brand i tried first. I'd recommend it if you want protection, keyboard and easy to keep clean (I was afraid the light color might be hard to keep clean looking). In a childcare environment, cleaning is critical. Bit expensive, but probably good investment if you keep you device longer term.

I’ve been using the Magic Keyboard for my iPad and it honestly makes it feel way more like a laptop. The typing is super smooth and the trackpad is actually really responsive, so it’s great for school work, browsing, and just getting stuff done. The build quality is really nice too and I like how the iPad kind of “floats” when it’s attached. It’s clean and feels premium. Only downside is the price — it’s pretty expensive for a keyboard, and it does add some weight. Also not the best if you like using your iPad as a tablet a lot since you have to take it off. Overall though, if you want to turn your iPad into more of a laptop setup, it’s definitely worth it.

My only slight complaint is that this is white. It telegraphs everything it touches that isnt white. It works like a dream though and is super handy when I don't want to lug my laptop.

This is my favorite iPad that Apple currently makes, or has ever made. I have owned iPads from most of the model families, including iPad Pro, iPad Air, and so on. But the iPad A16 is absolutely the best. It offers a tremendous amount of power, a gorgeous display, great audio, both in the speakers and the microphones, and a fantastic camera system, including the landscape front camera. It is powerful enough to do pro tasks, like editing audio and video, working with design projects, editing photos, and more, but it also comes in fun colors and at a very reasonable price. It offers plenty of storage, especially if you use iCloud Drive as much as possible, which is what I do. I also appreciate the cellular connectivity. Accessory support is great as well, because this model supports multiple iterations of the Apple Pencil, as well as the beautifully designed Magic Keyboard Folio. I’m sure some folks might be a bit hesitant because this model does not support Apple Intelligence, and perhaps that will make it into next year‘s model, but honestly, I just installed the ChatGPT app, use a Siri shortcut to start a Chat GPT conversation, and i’m good to go. Whether you use your iPad for business, education, home and family, or any combination of these, I would strongly encourage you to consider this model.

Easy to connect and use. Slick looking. Reliable. Only downside is keeping it clean given the light color.

My daughter absolutely loves this item. It protect’s her IPad and looks stylish. I knew did not come with one but others had a clip or insert for an Apple pen. This product does not offer it which was a little disappointing to her.
