Not what i thought it would be, was difficult to get what i need done with this items

I love Everything Apple, but they dropped the ball on this keyboard. There is NOTHING magic about it. I brought it back and got the Logitech combo touch instead, now that is MAGIC. Sorry Apple, Not sorry

I had high hopes for this open box item, but it was covered in gross sticky finger mess. My bad? Should have known better? I would not consider an open box item again. As for the apple Magic Keyboard? flipping gorgeous. Heavy, sure, but an elegant, well designed piece of technology. Just...buy a new one.

open box at Best Buy is always bead deal always missing something and they don't honor at store as well and customer service is never help

Quality issue. The black skin bubbles. I think the glue is not strong enough.

First purchase, magnetic area that hold tablet did not work on left side. Took it back and got replacement. Got home and tried again. SAME THING!! highly disappointed. Took it back for full refund. As expensive at these are, for them not to work is disappointing.

not lighter, feels the same as the 2021 ipad pro, even feels heavier in the end, took it back already

It wouldnt connect to my ipad. Wouldnt charge. Didnt turn on. I mean i did buy an open box product. Team did great helping me find the item.

I purchased my iPad a few days ago and for the first time I decided to get Apple’s Magic Keyboard. This is something I know it’s a splurge because it is expensive because it is worth every penny. I bought and open-box one so great savings but I was still willing to pay the full price for it and would still be very happy with my purchase. It is slick, build looks strong and solid, it has that great Apple titanium like design, the touchpad works like a charm and very responsive, the keyboard is great and last but not least the positions how you can use it are great. I recommend it 100% and even though iPads they are not a laptop replacement they are great complement to your mac book pro.

Had I been able to use this however Bestbuy never sent me my ipad. It’s been almost a month and I’m cancelling my order and buying from somewhere else.

this was an open box item and would not magnetize to the ipad. had to return it and buy new

This item was defective and now I can’t return it. I would not recommend purchasing open box from Best Buy.

This has provided tremendous use for my iPAD. I actually utilize it as a laptop replacement while traveling. The build quality is excellent and has a good weight and provides great protection.

This keyboard and protector really takes your iPad to the next level in terms of what someone can do vs not having it. Well worth the $300. It also has a charging port/usb c for a flash drive that frees up the iPad port. With the iPad included makes a total of 2 ports that can be used for a multitude of things such as charging, flash drive, hard drive, headphones, gaming controller, etc.

Don’t get my wrong the keyboard is great! But i returned it after i came to my senses and found cheaper alternative on Amazon for $109. $300 for a keyboard didn’t make any sense to me. Plus there is no protection on the sides if you drop the ipad. The one i brought from amazon is great and protects the expensive ipad.

Works excellently with the iPad. It’s just like having a lap top when you need it. Well designed and sturdy. I like it very much.

It is pretty much the same as my old one, but a scotch smaller, so don’t count on it fitting your old iPad. It continues to be overpriced, but there is nothing like the iPad that I am aware of in today’s market.
