The new Magic Keyboard for the M4 iPad Pro is absolutely fantastic. The design feels slimmer and lighter than before, but still very sturdy and premium. The floating hinge makes adjusting angles effortless, and it feels rock solid when the iPad is attached—it’s like using a sleek laptop. Typing on it is a joy. The keys have a satisfying click, great travel, and feel almost identical to a MacBook keyboard. The trackpad is larger now and super responsive, making multitasking and navigation smooth and intuitive. The added function row is a small detail but such a huge upgrade—it makes adjusting brightness, volume, and media so much quicker. It also charges through the USB-C port, which is super convenient, and the overall look in Space Black is just gorgeous with the iPad. Combined, it feels like a full premium laptop replacement. Yes, it’s pricey, but if you use your iPad Pro daily for work or study, this Magic Keyboard is 100% worth it. It transforms the iPad into a whole new experience!

I got this as an open box item. The packaging was a little overkill with the Best Buy logo but the contents are excellent. The keyboard itself is very good and responsive. I can easily type away and it doesn’t need to be charged. The large mousepad makes this a must buy.

Splurged on the iPad... HAD to have the keyboard. Groaned at the price but long-term glad I invested in it. I don't like trackpads (seems redundant to touch-screen in this case) but some might love it. If you're going to do much typing on your compatible iPad, and plan to keep the device for several years, invest in the Magic Keyboard. Adds "Windows-like" functions like "CMD-TAB" to switch applications (which I do ALL. THE. TIME.) and a bevy of other "little" things that add up to a lot. The extra USB-C charging port is nice and... at some point might even matter to me if I want to attach an external monitor (yes, the iPad supports that) or whatever other magic Apple has in store. If you're going to invest in the iPad, go the distance and get the keyboard Apple purposefully designed as its perfect partner.

I generally don’t like writing the reviews but after seeing so many paid or fake reviews I thought to do reviews to show the reality. Before buying apple keyboards I did tried 2 cheaper options from market and they all were highly rated based on feedback and trust me after paying more then $200 they all were junk even from good brands. This keyboard is little costly but trust me it’s worth paying the value and you would never regret. When I was looking for an iPad Pro case, I was having trouble distinguishing between whether or not I wanted something that was able to do Office related task and word document task or if I just wanted more of a reading type cover. When I chose the Apple magic keyboard for iPad Pro 13 inch M4, black, it was a great decision. The quality the finish the reliability are a step above and probably two and three steps above some of the other knock offs. The price tag is substantial, but in this case you really do get some value for what you pay for. Would not choose a different case.

This was a Great edition for my iPad Pro, it helps when I don't wanna take my MacBook too Class and when i wanna use my IPad like a laptop.

We have two college students, so we had to purchase two separate and very different laptops. My son is a Music major so he picked the Apple iPad Pro 13 inch. This is perfect for him. It operates the same as a computer when the keyboard is attached. He is able to compose music on it as well as do his class work. He is also able to detach the keyboard and use it for his sheet music while performing. It is very versatile and works very well for his needs.
