These are very good for displaying images out of a MacBook. Whether its for having multiple monitors or giving a presentation, it's just plug and play.

I CHOSE TO USE MY EXISTING MONITOR AND THE ADAPTOR WAS JUST THE RIGHT INTERFACE, IT WORKED VERY WELL WITH MY NEW MAC MINI

There is not a lot to say about this adapter. I needed it for giving presentations. It works flawlessly and it is actually usually for more then just my Mac. It also works with surface pro series and I used it on a newer dell laptop. There are probably more devices it will work on (anything with mini display port).

I purchased this to connect my MacBook Pro to a large home office display. Works well and does what I needed it to do.

the only issue I have with this item is the chord/wire length ... could be a bit longer for more connection flexibility.

Used to have a generic brand version and it broke after a couple of weeks of normal usage. I then got a rocket fish and that lasted a couple of months. This apple one has been good for over a year now. By the way I use this for my laptop so it's always getting tossed in my bag and placed all over different surfaces (abused).

Great product...works well. Connects to MacBook via USB and then connects to overhead projector in an education setting.

I have had problems with third party adapters in the past so I decided to cough up the extra cash for the apple licensed dongle. So far it hasn't let me down which is important when you're relying on it for a presentation in a foreign country where there isn't a friendly Best Buy down the street.

Solid adapter for a good price. I was able to find this online for cheaper on Amazon and the store price matched!

This is great for those that have multiple programs open at once or need to view multiple tabs simultaneously.

I had picked up a rocket fish open item thinking I could save some money. However, when I asked an associate he said that my Mac Mini had a new adapter end and I needed the Apple Brand. The associate was right and my monitor worked seamlessly. I didn't want to buy a new monitor and this was a great compliment to save some money.

This adapter works great to hook up an old TV to my macbook air when I am doing research and need a second screen.
