Amazin phone perfect quality had no problems works with any plan

Very unhappy with this product! I have been a Best Buy customer for many years and feel as if this was deceptively advertised! It looked good but came in a flimsy carboard “box”. It was unlocked (which was good) but came with a battery that already needs to be replaced - we just activated in today - 12-27-23

I came in great condition, love it! Am very happy with everything.

Works great.. cousin love the phone. Minor scratches on the screen but not overwhelming.

I was so excited for this phone but when I got it, the speaker didn't work. It has literally no other issues but I had already left the country with it in tow as a gift. So I didn't realize until too late. Please check it immediately to make sure everything works!

I bought this phone for my daughter and I love it. I actually have the same one in mint green. Unlocked and refurbished is the way to go especially if your on a budget.

Although this phone is used, it runs like new. It's in great condition and worth the price in my opinion

I purchased two 2yrs ago and still an awesome phone

I’ve bought refurbished phones before so I was pretty confident since Best Buy was pretty reputable. But Never will I buy from Best Buy again. iPhone came with screen cracked, back of the phone was cracked, and battery in poor working condition. Which I had to go to apple to get repaired.

Did not last long. Horrible battery and gets hot quick

Phone looks quite new. After one year it’s still working like a champ

I remember purchasing this item.... it came with scratches so I returned it.. but the shipping and everything else was quick!

If there was a 0 stars I would make it 0 stars for my rating. This phone has no data at all I tried with cricket and at and t and both providers say the phone is broken. Sure it looks pretty has great storage but it is only useful if your using wifi.

I bought this for my birthday. It works really good there’s nothing wrong with it

So far this phone is great hold charge and just a great phone
